Full relese of 3.1 hair style

Dev Blog already officially show all new hair style that will add in 3.1 now. We get 4 male and 4 female hair styles. Only Afro is available for 2 gender. What do you think about it?

Is the hair shared for both gender? Because I don't see Highlander on it (except the Afro) :/ Somehow I like that lalafell's hair.

Can't say till I try it in-game :)

But I am kinda sad that males don't get at least one longer hair style.

Wait, wasn't that female Miqo hairstyle originally shown on a male...? Or am I just getting confused now?

I'm pretty sure the trailer showed the "male Roe" hair on an Elezen. So if that style is to your liking, you'll most likely be getting.

The two longer female hairstyles are quite nice and I could see myself using them in the future.

Perhaps the subtleties are lost on me but the male hairstyles all seem kinda "same-y", with the exception of the contest winner.

meh... again no real long hairstyle for men?! It cant be so difficult to release a long, male hairstyle for all races that doesnt make you look like a hippie... (yes, I'm talking about you, weird long hair with that leather hairband!). I'm getting quite disappointed here... alle the nice long hair... that I cnat have :'(
(hell, I even choose elezen because I was hoping male elves would get nice long hair -.-)

Tell me about it.

Male Au Ra have 5 nice cuts I like, three of which are common among males (long-midlength, ideally spiky, wildish, hair in face). Female Highlanders have another 1+1/2, Roes another 1. Another 1 on male miqo'te and female Au Ra. And then there's the odd lightning hair.

Now, for my female Miqo'te, I have...this. This one hair that has been around since 1.0. And that doesn't even satisfy my hair-in face fetish properly, it's just partially hiding one eye on the side. It is mildy frustrating. And as much as I try, dyeing it over and over doesn't substitute an actual new look >.>

Yes I am - because its just short hair again! If I would play a female character I might would complain that all "we" are getting is long hair. So to be fair I'll add this: Give girls more short hair options! Give men long hair aswell! We dont need to stick to gender stereotypes "Girls are always having long hair, boys have to wear it short!" (because those are stupid anyways). I would like more variety for BOTH genders - but I apologise that my focus was specially one something I'm waiting for for about 2 years now - nice, long hair for my male elezen... I'm so sure that a lot of female hairs would look great on men aswell! (and vice versa, to be fair)

I've seen 3 different shots of that Roe's hair now and it's always been previewed on a Roe.
I'm thinking SE specifically made that for us. They heard our complaints. Thanks SE!

Ok, the male contest winner looks WAY better in that pic than the original one we saw.

Guh... More long hair styles that I can't use because of massive armor clipping...

We need more short stylish female styles!!

Which beard? If it's glorious, then it has always been an option for us Roegadyns. Especially Hellsguard, who get this glorious moustache+beard combo my character has.

Roes have awesome beards... unfortunately I am not too fond of big characters due to fixed movement speed which makes them seem kinda slow.

I'm interested in the female blonde one.

I'm really excited for the male hair cuts. Especially the hair style contest winner one even though I most likely won't use it but all the lovely short hair. I'm so excited.

Glad to see that purple colored one works on Miqo'te ...was gonna get it if it did.

The guys contest winner hair is so cute! I'm so happy it won it looks amazing and this is coming from someone who prefers having long hair.

I fully intend to try the contest winner male. My liking of it really depends on how the highlights look. If it looks like a paint job gone wrong, then i'm gonna pass, but if it looks similar to what i have going on now, i may keep it.

I need the lalafell one for my female character! ç__ç

Are all the hairstyles going to be available for all races? I love the side pony tail and the short hairstyle on the Miqote <3

The male contest winner style is awful imo. Looks like a poorly maintained grown-out version of the generic side sweep.

None of the new cuts look particularly interesting, and the affro is more ridiculous than anything.

Thankfully there are a few haristyles I like, but it's still disappointing. Would have loved some more interesting longer styles for males.

I agree, the afro is absolutely ridiculous. I am secretly hoping it's exorbitantly expensive in MGP at the Saucer, so I won't have to see people running around in it. ;)

I love the female contest winner and the long curly hairstyles. The accessory turned out really pretty and will go great with white or pink hair. I will most likely use the curly style without bangs though. Can't believe we are getting long hair after all, it's like Christmas came early! :D

Oh dear, you'll be disappointed to read it's the style I enjoy, glamoured and I think it looks great.

Personally, I think both of your characters look incredibly generic and unimaginative. I'd never suggest your input isn't valid because of that, though.
