Changing class picking up leves

Hi,

I returned to the game today just getting stuck in. I then go and by a new weapon for arc and rogue, and say to myself I can do some leves but it stated I'm to green and would not let me pick them up. I then tried to equip the new weapons it would not let me either. So I was like ok went to the Arc Guild and it also said i could not join your to green....

I then spent some time on Google and this relates to the class quest at level 10 But I dont have any classes below 10 apart from the new arc and rogue. I checked my quest log and no quests have been done at all this maybe a result of me being a 1.0 player. I then went on to check every guild and none of them would offer me any class quest.

Do i just have to do story mission and this will unlock when I get to a point I dont know what to do please help

In other words I'm not strong enough to do leve's same as with me trying to join a guild it wont let me do anything just say's i need to do my level 10 class quest

You have to finish the guild quest level 10 of your starting class before you can join another guild.

So, on which class have you started ARR?


To unlock leves I think you have to finish the mainstory quest level 10 (or near it).

Assuming you aren't trying to mess with us here...'

Go to the guild that you started at, like if you started Conjurer go to that guild. You will need to complete the level 10 quest to unlock that class system (I'm assuming you aren't messing with us still with that 50 goldsmith)

Main questline unlocks Leves.

I can to a class quest because I dont have anything under 10 ;-; and it wont allow me to join another guild either without doing this quest 3 classes 40 + rest 50 I cant start the 2 new classes either as it wont allow me to join the guild

Why would i mess I'm happy add some screenshots i honestly cant remember what class i started with that was 2011

leves have now unlocked by doing the story

Even the first mainstory quest leads you to the guild of your ARR starting class. If you don't remember which one that was: it's one of the dow/dom guilds in your hometown. Check them as class - not as job than.

All you have to do there is: Join that guild and do the quests there. You can do it even as lvl 50 class like I did. (not as job, so if you have already equipped your old job crystal you need to unequip it)

Yeah i tried that on my Con no joy like i just tried to board the airship and its like you need a pass when I know i did this quest back in the day I feel like I'm going crazy

I'm on the quest feeding time now and it has still not letting me join.

ARR = A Realm Reborn the game you are playing now.

Okay, maybe that helps you do get why every quest you did in 1.0 is gone. They make it like a whole new game. All you was able to keep from 1.0 is your char but you have now to explore a new Eorzea and its story - like everyone else who either started new or imported his old char.

Look in what city your lv1 mainstory started in the quest archiv. Then go to every battle guild of this city (can start the game only as a battle class), change to the class of that guild and ask the NPCs
