nose bleed emote

there needs to be a nose blood emote so when i see something cute i can use it

/thumbsup, /yes, /grin, /smile, /happy, /joy

I use the /stagger emote, and have it say that I get a nosebleed instead. basically this:

/emote gets a nosebleed from seeing <t>.
/stagger motion

You could just make it say that you get a nosebleed though. Up to you. Works well for my female miqo'te, but I'm not sure about the other races or genders.

It should also make the health drop to 1 HP.

I only want this to happen if it makes you lose HP whenever you use it, and potentially able to lose it fast enough to the point where you can kill yourself with it.
