That's a nice looking Mini Cactpot

So I get a card with the 7 already showing, I scratch off the 8 and the 9, and think 'Wow, I know which row I'm going after'. Oh RNG, you clever girl ^^

That, I believe, was the OP's point. ;) And if I had an MGP for every time something along these lines has happened to me, I could probably buy my Fenrir mount twice over by now...

I considered this, but then when I saw how odd-looking fenrir is on someone else riding around on it and I decided to save my MGP for the new mounts/rewards coming in 3.1. The tortoise doesn't look too bad though, I may splurge for that while waiting.

Same, I'm hoarding all my MGP for whatever we have coming up in 3.1. If it's nothing good, I'll buy a tortoise. :3

The one time I didn't take a row with a 1 showing, had 9 and 8 went for that one of course the 1 was 10k and the 9 and 8 was not a 7. Ever since I always go for a diagonal scratch just to see what each row has.

Obviously everyone should play however they want, but I think statistically you're better off going for a 1-2-3 whenever it is possible. You can always reveal the spaces such that, if a 1-2-3 exists, you'll know exactly which row it has to be. As long as you play that way, I'm pretty sure you'll get more MGP over time by always going for the 10k.

I agree. This is the way I play. In one week last month I had two separate days where two tickets had 10k on the board and a third day when all three of my tickets had 10k rewards. I'd regret it if I played the cactpot any other way. Now if only I could figure out the Jumbo version :(

You can open the tickets in such a manner that you will always win the 10k if it's there. That's the way I do it.
