Does that actually make me a Bad Samaritan? I feel pretty conflicted about my morals right now.

Those FC mate deserve your title XD
Do the Behemoth S Rank in Coerthas. You'll have plenty of dead to raise who aren't in your party. :)
I offered to die for them, but they don't want the title.
Not to mention that it took over an hour. I don't think they want to do that again any time soon.
I got 70 raises from the S Rank in the Hinterlands once.
I also followed the low level FATE parties in Coerthas, but they all had healers healing them. >:c (Healers doing their job! Taking away some perfectly good raises) So that's when I asked my FCmates if they wanted to die about 100 times for me... I didn't think they'd actually agree.
I got my Good Samaritan tittle 15 mins after I updated my game for Heavensward. I raised a fellow WHM on the new job quest. I have no idea how many raises I have now...
Now I know how to got that title easily... Thank you so much lol.
Honestly thought it would have to be unique players not the same ones over and over :')
I would have had my title sooner if I wasn't lazy... people shouting their <pos> on the other side of the map. Y u no die somewhere more convenient? D:
This is accurate. Have my like.
Imo, the funnest way to get raises is to wait for "the Eyes Have It" to pop. Don't level sync, just Regen the MT so people think you're helping. And then, when he starts casting that swing that 1-shots everyone, run in. You won't believe how many people follow you. And then you get so many raises.
...
Wow. I am such an asshole... Oh well.
Nah. It's any player who accepts your raise. You get credit when they're on their feet again.
I regret nothing.
Brb talkin all my friends into suicide so I can raise them over and over.
I would not go if they were on the opposite end of map, unless there was no one closer. But I did use to jump off chocobo porter if I saw someone dead on my way. And I stop to raise someone even if they are not shouting for rez. I think, I raise at least one person a day :/
Edit: I think, I never met another Good Samaritan...
I asked my hubby if he would died for me. He would....173 times :o
The irony of the title is that a true good Samaritan wouldn't have let them die in the first place.
i was already 3/4 through that achievement when HW came around. Showed up to a few odins and got the achievement over a month ago. No effort, just helping out.
Wow, you are definitely a better Samaritan than me.
I have yet to see one too, that's why I wanted it... and for the irony.
The level 50+ FATE train in NThan still has people die to Gorgi? SMH.
I asked my boyfriend and he got bored after 10 deaths. His friends helped me, though. LOL
If this thread has taught me anything, it's that I'm not a very good person anymore. :c
Oh, man. I haven't run Odin since 2.2. XD I have no idea how you can raise people during that, I can never load more than 10 people and sometimes those 10 people weren't in my party... unless Odin is much less crowded now?
Nah. I sacrifice Lalas to Alexander for good luck. I lure them there with the promise of candy and bunnies. It hasn't been working out very well, I think I need to start sacrificing more of them?
I got mine about 30mins into heavensward from rezzing a random WHM just outside falcons nest.
If I had to guess I'd say I got most of my rezzes from Eyes have it, S ranks and "healing" (read mass resurrecting) the old Odin FATEs
There's a special place in hell for the cat-people like you. I'll make sure to welcome you with some Pepsi.
I think I had about 50-75 when HW started? I'm really blind to dead people. Maybe I should change the dead player name colors. XD
Uh... Uhhh.... Uhhh...
...
I have no witty comeback. Just run far and quickly.
Thanks. I love Pepsi.
Your way is probably nicer then what I did for a few of mine... during Darkscale Devoureth when I was leveling white mage I would intentionally stand ontop of people to drop the ice pool on them, if they didn't move I would target the, watch their HP tick to zero and swiftcast raise as soon as they died. I would also just target the people who would get hit with the icepools on their own, I probably got around 40 raises from that fate. I'm a truly Bad Samaritan D:
I received the title 2 days after HW launched, because that's when I realized that they added new archievements.
I needed only 20 raise, so I thought to just wait for the FATE "The eyes have it" in Coerthas... A few seconds later I see in linkshells that an S rank spawned in western thanalan and I teleport there. I got my title and the S rank wasn't even at half HP, I stayed until the end, but I raised and healed so many people. >_<
Edit: I used the title for a day, but got bored of it immediately and changed back to an old one (The Light of the Land)... Now thanks to this thread I want to use it again. :p
It won't take me long to get this title..
But I like my stormlady title.
