I'd also like to know the pants!
The top is a Golden Saucer purchasable item and the weapon is the weekly extreme token exchange item (ifrit/garuda/titan one in MD)

From what I see the top is from the golden saucer, can't remember the exact name, the legs look kind of like militia tights, and the gloves/boots are high allagan. I could be wrong on the pants, but everything else I'm pretty sure on. s( ^ -^)b
