Playing around with the abilities, I found that the two above named abilities either are bugged or were ninja-buffed without removing their tooltip information.
Collective Unconscious
With the new Regen effect, the bubble now does 2 things.
1. Applying a 150 potency Regen effect that last 15 seconds on anyone who enters, and is able to be Time-Dilated and COed.
2. Refreshing the said Regen effect every GCD for those still in the bubble or re-enter the bubble after leaving.
Now, the first I'm fine with, because it makes CU that much more appealing. It's the second part that makes me skeptical on the ability to refresh such a potent HoT to potentially 30 seconds. A potential 360 potency HoT with A. Helios and Benefic, Time Dilated and COed to 38 seconds and then 200 for 12 seconds?
Synastry
Currently, when you heal either yourself or the person you are bonded to, the bonded target ALSO gets 40% of the heal on top of the heal you had cast. That means, I can essentially bomb 8k Benefic IIs on my bonded target (5.8k normally + 40%) for 20 seconds.
This is definitely a bug or a tooltip error, as the current tooltip still retains what it was before, stating that only party members without the Synastry icon who receive a heal will divert 40% of that heal.
No doubt there will be an emergency patch tomorrow to fix these.

Yup, in the french tooltip, Synastry is working as intended.
Not sure about CU, but remember that it is our only healing spell between 50 and 60, so i wouldn't be surprised to have a really powerful spell since WHM got some nice CDs and SCH too... -

im fine with CU applying regen for everyone for 15 seconds, it makes it at least useful. im probably not fine that re-entering it is reapplied again etc.

All my buff cards are only lasting 20 seconds not 30 as in the patch notes
Edit- Nvm.. so Ewer is still 15 Arrow,bole,balance is 30 and spear is 20. seems weird.. why not just change all to 30 -

Also, the biggest kicker is the fact that the AST STILL cannot move or take any action while using it. It's the best bubble in the game, but it comes with the HEAVIEST price tag, for sure. -

I do not believe the regen from CU is a bug. We're given a specific buff icon called Wheel of Fate that lasts for 15 seconds after the bubble disappears.

I don't understand your point. If the user is getting knocked away, the refresh effect will wear off anyway. It's the refreshing of a Regen already on a party member that has me skeptical towards it being an actual effect, especially since it has a duration tied to the Regen. I can see CU being used to apply an instant 750 potency AoE heal (150 potency over 15 seconds) but I just don't see it re-applying it over and over as being the intended effect.Quote:

25s if you use celestial opposition to lengthen the time
