FC Recruitment Contest - Prizes not received.

My Free Company, Mognet, was one of the Free Company's that won the Free Company Video Recruitment contest. The prizes were sent to the majority of our users, but some slipped through the cracks and have not received a choker despite being in the Free Company during the contest period. I myself, the leader of the FC and the person who made and edited the video, have yet to receive the prize.

I have tried to use the Reward Delivery Request option on the Moogle Mailbox and Delivery Moogle, and others have tried to contact support only to get bounced around from email support, to in-game support, to the forums. It is also very hard to gather information in-game about who did not receive a choker, or who was eligible for one to have them send in a report (Or now post on the forums, as we have now been instructed to do.)

We're hoping for a favourable response and some help soon!

Yeah, everyone else in my free company (Malignant Tribe of Hyperion) has received theirs as well. Even my alts that I never log on to and are under level 15 have gotten them but I have not. Trying to be patient with it in hopes that it is fixed but it is very frustrating when are the one who made the video but didn't get the reward lol.

Elegy of Gilgamesh was one of the FC's that won the FC recruitment video contest. As per other threads, some people in the FC did not receive the Mandragora chokers. Everyone in the FC received the choker aside two FC ranks (Rank 3 and Rank 6). Even the players who did not receive the choker (on their mains) got it on their alt's in the FC who are a different FC rank as their mains.

A bunch of these players who did not receive the reward, including myself (Kaolla Su), have tried contacting a GM support. The GM responses either say "GM's do not handle in game rewards for contests," to "Contact CM support on the Forums," to "Make a thread on the forums." There is no clear cut way as to handle the issue and there is no real forum section for addressing this so I hope a CM can see this.

I understand it takes time to send out all the rewards, but when everyone else aside Rank 3 and Rank 6 in the FC received their rewards day 1, and nobody in Rank 3 and Rank 6 has yet received it as of me making this thread (over 48 hours later), I do not believe this is an issue of "please be patient" and instead these ranks have been overlooked.

Our FC has similar issues. We have linked it to members being in our Rank 3 or Rank 6 at the time SE did their "snapshot" of who was in the FC. One of our officer's posted here http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...y-Gilgamesh%29.

I know people who are no longer in a winning FC that have received their prizes. But my officers haven't. Its frustrating.

I haven't received my items either. I've tried talking to the GMs in game but they are useless as ever.

I, like many others have yet to receive our FC recruitment contest reward. My ENTIRE FC has got their choker while I have not. I've submitted a ticket in game but the GM effectively told me I was SOL. I would like to get the item we were promised and not continue to get a run around.

You're not the only one. My entire FC got their reward but I have not. I don't think it's a rank thing since people from my FC with the "Raider" rank have received their item but I have not. I got the same response from a GM in game. Well they have 3 posts of the same kind so I hope they actually do something about it.

Given the stock reply by CS in-game, told to contact community managers via forum. In the FC since Realm Reborn Early Access. Putting it here like the others since it appears that there's no private message function.

So... anyone from SE going to even look at this subforum? Or are the FIVE threads about the same issue just going to get ignored like 90% of the topics? I'd really like to know what's up and why we didn't receive our prizes.

I didn't receive my prize as well as a few others in my FC...

I have been apart of Nomad Moogles since before the winners were announced, as well as a friend who has been in it for over a year and we have yet to see our Choker. Not sure if anything will be done about this? I really would like my item, Thanks!

We're aware that a number of users haven't received the prizes for the contest and are currently compiling the list of affected users. Our current plan is to send out the missing deliveries early next week, so we'd appreciate your patience just a bit longer!

Also, as a side note, please confirm that your Moogle mailbox is not full to ensure that your prizes can be delivered properly.

So it's now "early next week" and still nothing. Any updates on this issue?

Yeah I have pretty much given up on it. It has been how long since they sent out the items and every time I talk to a SE rep they give the run around "please be patient". I really dont understand how they went about sending these things out, being that I am one of the top ranking people in my FC and I have been there since the very beginning and yet people who rarely play (including my alts that aren't even past lvl 15) have gotten them. I wouldnt be so upset if it weren't for the fact that i came up with 90% if the ideas for our video. -End rant-

Can we get an update on the neck's please? Grekumah said it should be early next week and that was now 11+ days ago. Still nothing on my end

I put in a request through the in-game support desk, and was directed to this thread while being promised I would see my Choker sometime in the next week.
We'll see how that goes.
