Battlecraft leves need exp adjustment

Currently when leveling battle jobs the leves at 50-58 give very little exp.
lv - exp
lv50 ~14000
lv52 ~15000
lv54 ~18000
lv56 ~21000
lv58 ~28000

Something should be done the tradecraft and fieldcraft leves give about 10x this amount.

Leveling battle classes is already very hard after the first there is almost no reason to do battle leves when fates are giving so much more exp then this and faster to do.

SE I would suggest increase the battle leve exp by 10x for both normal and temple leves on battle jobs. This would actually make them worth doing.

Leaves need massive adjustments actually, the leave allotment should be set to unlimited, there is no reason to put a number on the amount of leaves you can do.

A level 52 large-scale temple leve giving 100k is by no means bad. I do agree that the normal leves are really rubbish though and take far too long for what they give you.

That said, SE wants you do run dungeons as a main leveling tool and there's little reason not to - you get both very good exp and can passively gear up for later content.

Battle leves should not give 10x amount or anywhere near what gatherer and crafter leves get because unlike battle classes, crafters/gatherers can't level through dungeons, fates, raids, trials or hunts plus rarely have any quests can do (like just 1 every 5 levels). That is why crafting and gathering leves give much more. The DoW/DoM daily roulette is the equivalent of the DoL/DoH daily GC provisional in it's service to the classes but other than GC provisionals the DoL/DoH only have leves and another very limited daily amount of beastman quests which can help speed up the process outside of pure crafting or gathering grind. Collectables are good for DoL but bad for DoH so that's only partially helpful to DoL/DoH in general.

This isn't to say I don't think battle leves should give more than they do but no where near what your asking for in the original post. Battle leves should give in my opinion the same amount as quests give for that specific level so if for example doing a level 58 leve it should give around 40k exp like quests at that level do. Fates should give less than battle leves because unlike leves, fates are not restricted by a limited allowance so fates should remain around same amount of exp as they get now. Neither fates or battle leves should give more than quests but battle leves should get the same as quests while fates get less.

On the topic of leves themselves, specifically leve allowance...I would like it if SE doubled the amount get so instead of 3 more allowance every 12 hours you get 3 more allowance every 6 hours. I understand the importance of having a limit but the current limit is a little bit too restrictive in my opinion since there are 7 crafting classes and 3 gathering classes which rely on them to a very high degree. That's not even including the 12 battle classes which might also make use of that same limited amount. As far as I am concerned the increased amount of classes in game now since leve allowance first came out and the increased cap on levels justifies increasing the amount of the allowance.

A tradecraft leve that takes anywhere from 10 seconds (item bought from MB or vendor) to a few minutes (crafted yourself) should give 10x the exp of a battlecraft leve which takes ~ 5-10 minutes porting, flying to the area, performing the leve and then coming back to foundation to turn it in? And your reasoning is because there are more xp options for battle jobs? GC turn ins can give MILLIONS of xp for a single turn in and god forbid you actually CRAFT items that you can even do afk with quicksynth if you really wanted to.
Battlecraft leves are an insult - they should give 3-5x the xp that they currently give, period.

At L50, the difficulty of all the guildhests becomes irrelevant, so it'd be nice if all of the hests provided a fixed amount of XP greater than roaming enemies in non-instanced zones and completion bonus was similar to trials.

I concur with the "Leves needing EXP adjustment" as well. While people maybe like to level in dungeons and/or FATEs...people should have the ability to level how they choose and *not* be punished for it. I don't really find sitting in queues and repeating dungeons over and over again to be vastly entertaining. Yes it *is* a good way to level, but does variety really hurt that much in order to punish the EXP rewarded from these battle leves in order to force players into FATEs or dungeons? Now I don't think they need to be as much as crafting or gathering leves but a big boost is definitely needed here to give players another option. Doing stuff outside of events on the map or running a dungeon is never a bad thing and shouldn't be considered as such at all lol.

battlecraft leves are a waste of time in my opinion. it is much more efficient to run dungeons and FATE grind still to this day. They want player out in the open world doing content like FATEs so I doubt they will ever buff them to the point that they take the place of FATES. They could do a little something though.

Yes it is more efficient to do those ,and it definitely wouldn't hurt those too much if they did boost the EXP from leves as well. If they boosted too much it would take away from FATEs and maybe some dungeon grinding, but a boost to be proportionate to the current EXP per level ratio would be nice. If it hypothetically took 20 leves to gain a level versus the 43ish or so it would take to level from 51 -> 52 (starting @ 0 exp), then that would be a nice boost imho. It could scale up to be more per level obviously as the levels go up, but nothing like a full 100 or something to level lol.

I suggested this via in game suggestions as well. Battle leves absolutely need a huge boost in xp.

Indeed. Since almost all means of getting EXP are getting buffed, they should seriously thinking of buffing the earned EXP from leves. Especially since the allowances are limited and everyone and their mothers are using them to level DoH and DoL (no offense meant^^).

We get scaling EXP for Vanu and Gnath, Dungeon EXP have been buffed and the limitless fates are combining EXP with relic, also the EXP of Centurio Hunts are getting a buff, so at the moment even the big leves are not providing anything that is near as effective as all other means.

Battle leves need big EXP buff, otherwise they are just a waste of time. I agree with OP. And don't even start with "you have more leveling options then just leves so they don't need buff". Crafters can get milions of XP from GC turn ins, hundreds of thousands XP from leves in a matter of seconds (if they buy items) or minutes (if they craft them). So don't even try to play this string. (Coming from someone who has all crafters and all gatherers lvl 60 and I can tell you leveling was crazy fast compared to battle classes).

You have to spent gill for trade craft leeves (or spend ressource you could sell). Leveling a DoW cost you nothing. Now I won't say that battlecraft levves shouldn't get EXP buffed but the fact that DoH have far more way to earn EXP is indeed a valid argument in favor of tradecraft leeves beeing faster.

That plus even if crafting in this game is fun the vast majority will agree that DoW is the reason this game even exist.

I'd go as far as to say the game could not function without DoW/DoM, but if DoH/DoL were removed entirely tomorrow, all you needed to do would be minor adjustments to some quests and putting the exclusive gear on vendors.

Personally? Cute as it sounds, I use my battlecraft leves not for XP, but for gil and I'd rather see that aspect buffed in one way or the other. It's what I see DoW/DoM players struggle with the most, since DoW/DoM are actually popular, unlike DoH, so the items exclusively procured by them are in high supply and thus of little worth, unless heavily gated *cough* coffin lid *cough*.

An adjustment to experience for dps leves only would be helpful. Since it's well know that dps have to wait 1hr-2hrs for a single dungeon run, allow them to get an adjustment on their leve, only thing is gil/items need to be also adjusted so dps can't flood markets with items.
