Patriots choker

Anyone know where it is? It is supposed to be sold during the event we are in right now but I do not see it in any of the company counters. Is it skipping this event and we can't get it until next year?

I think you'll have to officially enlist then you can use your seals to snag it.

you need to get Private 3rd Class in a company first.

Ah, alright thanks, I have been sitting here trying to use marks on another company that I am not joining to get it before I join a company officially. Glad I asked here or I would have been running around all night.

I have ranked up to Private Third Class for the Twin Adders, but the Patriot's Choker is nowhere to be found in the list of items you can buy with seals. Anyone know where this item is located?

I have also gotten to third class, about to do the ifrit quest but I can't get a patriots choker.

Private 3rd class and did r30 Ifrit, still no choker..

Same - I'm PTC and can't find it either.

This is only available as part of the Foundations festival..
Too bad it ended last week :)

Edit: It will probably be unlocked a little later to prevent everyone spamming the spiritbond thing

I am pretty sure foundation day events dont end until the 6th

I assume it's a reward from the Ifrit R30 quest when all members of your group are from the same Grand Company, anyone tried this?

Haven't found either, been wondering where the heck this thing is hidden! Says in patch notes its located in list of GC seal item list thingy xD But it's not there, even got my rank up and choco and did quests... nada lol

I can buy it, all you need to do is relog after you get Private 3rd Class (I assume).

Have Ifrit L30 beat if it means anything but I had to log and come back and the NPC's dialogue changed. Its right under where you buy fireworks from her.

Already did this with my linkshell, the only bonus was a small amount more of flame seals

After completing the initial quest for the grand company, you can see the chocker being sold under Surplus for 1000 points.

The patch notes clearly say it's a Grand Company quartermaster inventory item. [dev1166]
