no one said anything about the notes being out before Oct 1st JST. They just said Sept 30th and since most things are done according to PST...you never know

nope, but obviously it must be rocket surgery for you since you can't see that they never said anything about Sept 30th in Japan and, as such, could post them at any time before Oct 1st according to any time zone. ALTHOUGH, the only two time zones they recognize are JST and PST so those are the most logical to base your excitement off of. Either way, my statement still stands: Nothing is happening today.

he never mentioned a time zone so you can't say for sure that it will come the 30th in every time zone. If he had mentioned a time zone, this conversation wouldn't be happening. It also wouldn't be happening if you wouldn't have made this thread.

Yep, these people have a habit of lying to their Japanese playerbase. Of course when they're talking to the Japanese as Japanese they mean the American times, if they don't specify that yes, we do mean our own timezone JST.

They always do this really. "We meant October 4th in Vanuatu's time guys". I always remember when they said that.

Sept. 30th is Sept. 30th, man. Patch notes have about two hours left to release -- doesn't matter which time zone is being talked about (in this case, it's more than likely Japan..duh)... but patch notes WILL be hitting this morning for North America.

I never said that they have ever done that. I'm just saying that it's a possibility due to the wording of the letter. You completely missed that point. WOOSH. Good job.

it is possible, yes, but he would have a hard time doing that outside of the US.

And someone yet again has to start a useless thread to clutter up the forum with an impatient child-like rant. The patch notes will be here before the 4th. If they don't get posted at this very second it'll be ok. And when they do get posted people will be bitching up a storm with it's contents.
