For maximum DPS, the biggest thing to remember is your big opener. Keep in mind that, when using this, you'll want to ensure that it's okay to be using deliverance, since death means no DPS, and likely a dead party.

Opener:
Heavy Swing->Maim->Storm's Eye->Heavy Swing->Skull Sunder->Butchers Block (Internal Release) (Berserk)->Fell Cleave->Infuriate->Fell Cleave (Brutal Swing)->Heavy Swing(Vengeance or Raw Intuition)->Skull Sunder (Vengeance or Raw Intuition)->Butchers Block->Heavy Swing->Maim->Fell Cleave

This opening rotation allows you to get 3 fell cleaves in during the time of one Berserk. The timing on this is a bit tight, so make sure that you won't be stuffed by mechanics at any point after activating Berserk. If you think you will get interrupted, hold off on activating Berserk until you know it's worth it.
The basic idea here is to get four stacks of abandon before activating Berserk, to give you one Fell Cleave right after activation, leading into another free one after Infuriate, and then stockpiling more abandon with your oGCDs for a third one as quickly as possible. It's pretty simple, but as I noted above, the timing can get pretty strict.
If you can't afford to switch into Deliverance, and need to stay in your tanking stance, this combo should also work just fine in Defiance. You can also use defiance for the first 6 attacks in the rotation (also great for building up a starting chunk of enmity), and then switch to Deliverance at the same time you activate Berserk (You'll then need to use Internal Release either before the first Butcher's Block to not encroach on your GCDs). But keep in mind that this is a questionable use of your mitigation skills, so you may not want to opt for this while MT. For the same reasons, you should probably opt for a less cooldown intensive method if you're expecting a tank swap or have to take care of some damaging adds soon. Additionally, while you are going hard in the paint with your cleaving, do keep in mind that once you activate Raw Intuition, you will be vulnerable to critical kits from the flank and rear. So do be mindful of your situation, and either activate Awareness, or be sure to position yourself properly.

The only time Fracture is really worth using is if you're not going for a triple cleave, and have extra room left on Berserk. I don't believe it should be making its way into your normal rotations.

After that, it mostly just comes down to using your offensive cooldowns when they become available, and if you have the luxury, saving Raw Intuition and Vengeance to optimize Abandon stacks. The only one I wouldn't be to sure of would be Infuriate, and whether it's best to use it on cooldown, or to save for use with every Berserk. Just remember that your life is always worth more than a third Fell Cleave, and you should never be afraid to save your cooldowns or switch into Defiance if you feel that you're going to need them to aid in your survival.

I counted only 8 hits in the rotation above so I figured he doesn't have enough SS to fit 9 hits into berserk.

Yes, I don't have enough investment in skill speed as it is to run with that 9 hitter rotation yet, but in all situations where you do (and obviously, aren't going to have to deal with mechanics that might mess up your timing), use Perzeval's listed one (save for the mixed up Storm's Eye/Butcher's Block at the end switch those around), it'll be much better.

For the record, how much skill speed is needed to reach the 9-hit threshold?

It should also be noted that although using Butchers block will net you extra DPS, it will most likely overwhelm your main tank if he is not wearing STR/melded accessories and you don't have a ninja in your group. If you don't want to rip off hate from your MT, use Storm's path combo instead of Butchers.

Regarding the SS, I'd say around 510-520 should be safe for 9 hits, didn't really pay that much attention to it since even higher SS is still beneficial for a WAR, we simply never run out of TP. :)

No, it's not a matter of switching the full combo, you just messed up when typing it out. In this case, you put maim and skull sunder in the wrong spot, that's all.

This 9 hitter works wonderfully thanks for putting it up. I don't have a parser so I ask you guys, what numbers is that 9 hitter butcher block rotation hitting? This is out of curiosity

I don't just parse the opener, but on average I reach around 950 +/- on a dummy with STR acc and Ravana weapon with no food, no STR pot and no group buff.

It's argueable if you should use fracture whenever it's up. I didn't do the math yet wether you gain or lose potency by delaying the fell cleaves, right now I'm only doing fracture in combination with berserk and 5 stacks.

As for Fracture, yes, it's still a PPS increase, but barely. I estimated it to be around a 0.83% increase. I didn't account for Berserk, Internal Release, or Abandon, but it should always be an increase so long as you don't screw up and lose Storm's Eye.

Well, I got 2.42 for my GCD and I'm not losing SE before refreshing it, but yes, if you cannot maintain SE, better do two SE combos.

Yeah, SE x2 is best for the opener, a lot of people don't realize this but SE dropping is also a loss of DPS for your MT's opener as well.

Afaik, it takes a large amount of uptime on the boss before Fracture becomes a PPS loss and due to the fact that we have near limitless TP there's not much reason to abandon it (hehehehe). The only place I don't really use Fracture is Ravana's attack stance and F2 (b/c I do uncomfortable amounts of OP).

HS -> Maim -> SE -> Fracture -> HS -> Maim -> SE -> HS -> IR + Zerk -> FC -> Infuriate -> FC -> RI -> SS -> BB -> HS -> Maim -> SE -> Fracture -> FC -> Pacified

I'm actually not sure if this is optimal or not though, just what I've been using. Probably going to test out other things soon.

these are the exact rotation I figured out as well except I switched out the the last 2 FR > FC into FC > FR. The reason is, at 479 sks I seem to keep clipping Fell Cleave with pacified. Might be a latency issue but I always land the fracture at the end of the rotation. I would also add bloodbath in the second HS but that's just me. 25% of 4-5k fell cleaves *3 = good heals

If you plan on mt in dungeons do one BB combo at the start and then go into the SE combo but switch to deliverance after the second heavy swing since maim doesn't generate aggro and you want to start doing damage.

Im at 479 and attempting to reach 460 to see if its the base minimum for sks to hit 9 gcd.
