Everything looks okay if you're a bard but im not seeing much in the way of mch looking outfits. The lvl 59 outfit, while not mch looking would have been kinda cool if not for a horrid green. I guess I was just expecting more steampunk style outfits or something. Plus most outfits have the gun floating miles away.
Why is there no MCH style gear?

Yes i've seen that Jacket and that is more of the style I expected. Weird we'd have to glamour a gathering outfit to get something more in line with mch.

Not really.. I mean the Kirimu Coat works well with MCH too but since it's my Bard glamour right now..........
Besides that jacket was originally stolen from MNK and DRG. I'm sooooo glad they made it available for the other classes.
Then again I glamour over everything I have, unless it makes a really, really, REALLY good case to not be glamoured over. -

I still don't have the full set to show off, but the i160 gear for BRD/MCH is very specifically the Valerian Fusilier's set. Looks great on a gunner, weird on an archer.

Demon Hat of Aiming
Storm Elite's Scale Coat
Hyuran Gloves (Not an option for most people, but still)
Hempen Breeches of Crafting
Wyvernskin Boots of Aiming
I'll try to edit in a picture in a bit. I think it suits the Machinist style though......

I used some dresses for a bit for the whole girl gunner thing. Bonus points for mch not randomly doing flips like every other physical dps and ruining it.
Right now though I'm using the uldah grand company coat. Makes you look like the etrian odyssey gunner, looks nice besides and is actually appropriate for the cold ishgard weather. And the grand company coats are so old that nobody actually wears them so it's a relatively unique look. -

If your intention is to make a separate set for MCH from the BRD set, stop now. It is already bad enough that NIN(which uses dex) is separate from the BRD gear.

This is pretty much THE quintessential swashbuckling gunner attire. Kirimu coat, Allied Seal Maelstrom hat, gloves, boots, pants.
Now, if you're not Maelstrom: Well hey, can't help that you didn't pick the best GC. :V

If I had to choose another look, I would go with the steam punk look. I never cared for pirates and the such. I see the MCH as more of an inventor/Engineer.
