So, since we're using a ton of these now, why no bonus, or extra yields, attempts, etc. on crystals and clusters? At least for us fully regeared level 60's....

Don't really need them. Aetherial Reduction is where its at.
That, and you're "supposed" to be sending SE a lot of money per month for your six extra retainers, you should have at least four of them going after Crystals, they figure. At least, that's my opinion on what they think. -

I get crazy bonuses on farming crystals. +1, +3, +7, even gotten a +10 a few times doing em.

Yeah, i think so. Honestly, since the xpac, I don't think i've mined anywhere but in the new zones. But yeah, check em out, i thought it was a really nice thing for them to add to make getting crystals easier.

seriously guys... aetherial reduction like Roth said, you will never run out of crystals/clusters again. All the lvl 60 gathering spots have one ephemeral node thats visible for 4 hrs each day (in game time). Gather the ephemeral node's items as collectables (1 appraisal is enough for shards, for clusters you need 300+ collectability) and use aetherial reduction on them. Miner nodes have either Fire or Lightning element, Botanist nodes have Wind/Earth. Ice and Water is from fishing i guess. Use google to find which time/location for which element.

I don't think it's needed for clusters into crystals, they're easy enough to get.
Something like that would be nice for shards though, even a 1:2 ratio would be nice.
