How long does an fc leader have, before the FC is given to someone else because they are inactive?
If that time comes and the only person who is active is a level 1 toon and just is an alt to hold things for his main. Can that level 1 toon get the FC if no one else in the FC has been online for 200+ days?
A friend is in an fc with an alt atm and the leader has been inactive for 27 days. He joined the FC because he liked the name. He created his level 1 character, and got an invite. He used teleport to see the FC house and such and just never did anything past that point except use the mailbox.

As far as i know:
after 30 days of leave the leadership is given to the highest ranking active Player if no officer was playing during the last 30days the lower ranks will beconsidered and so on. -

I think it's something along the 35 day line. At that point, the next highest ranking, active, member of the FC can take over. I would assume that the "active" party of that is the same as the leader, in that they'd just have to have been online within the last 35 days. In other words, the only way your friend will be able to take over is if all the members ranked higher have been inactive for just as long as the leader at this point.......

Theoretically. There has been one noticeable side effect. Apparently it doesn't change your rank in the fc. So if you don't have privileges to promote/demote or change privileges you get stuck as a low rank in the fc with 0 control. Someone posted a thread about this a few days ago.
35 days was the last number I saw, but I don't know how accurate that is. -

I have been running guilds for 17 years straight in my 18 years of playing mmorpgs. I have no sympathy for a leader or officers who leave for months on end without even such as a small note. If the fc is given to my friend by the system in place that SE put in the game, then that's the way the cookie crumbles for the FC leader. He/she should have came online more I guess. -
