<The Ascended> LFM for Static and Community Growth

Starting Thoughts:

• Do you wish for a Free Company that isn’t too big and you can feel apart of a team that matters?
• Have you wanted to progress in content without worry of the Duty Finder being your only ally?
• Do you want a passionate and hard working community to be apart of?
• How about one that makes it fun and not like work?
• Or even, a community that is casual, yet hardcore, that plays a variety of games?

If you said yes to any, or all, of these you are not alone. We said yes to these as well, and planned to build ‘The Ascended’ Free Company on these key elements!

With your help, we can make these come true!

Details and History, to give you an idea what you are in for:

Rank 8 with a Small FC house located at Mist Plot 27, Ward 4.

A Free Company that supports and respects all members. We strive for no member being left out. In turn, we work on actively helping each other out, regardless of content level. Our active members are high level, multi-class users. We want to be able to provide as much as we can towards our community, and Free Company.

You will be playing alongside like-minded people. These people are committed to reaching end game goals but don’t let them cloud fun and enjoyment. We play multiple other games alongside FFXIV.

We are active in EST time and go by EST time. We are, by majority, active by 6PM EST and on until the early morning of 2AM. This means our schedule of clearing content would be within this time frame.

We have a schedule for static group content clearing: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays from 8PM -> 10PM. Normally we run later because we are just having fun.

Quality over quantity. No negativity and no ‘BS’ here.

What we are looking for:

Classes for raid nights - Stand in Tank(s) - WAR/DRK , Stand in DPS(s) - MNK/NIN

Player Variety - we want to create a robust and diverse community. We are looking for any levels, any classes, and great personalities.

Cooperation - Coordinating and communicating in a mature manner. We look for players to interact, contribute, and be able to solve complex problems in the same mature manner.

Time - Ability and willingness to set aside the time to reach our goals. Real world scenarios happen which can affect game commitment, we understand. We’d expect you, if it isn’t emergency or last minute, to let us know and help us find a temporary fill-in for your spot. Do be aware that being able to coordinate your schedule with our community is key to success.

Performance - We are looking for someone who has the ability to quickly learn and function in high level encounters. With or without direction we expect players to strive to learn how to maximize class and personal efficiency in encounters.

Our Free Company Goals, Shooting for the Stars:

• Teams actively clearing content to experience all of FFXIV
• Having certain content on a ‘Farming’ status the content for all members
• Helping and encouraging members with constructive feedback
• Obtaining a FC Mansion for members, when we grow large enough.

Do you currently raid? If so, what times do you raid? You didn't mention (or I failed to see) where you mention who to contact in game for more info.

We currently raid, but fill spots via DF or PF. We are trying to establish a full static of our own FC.
We raid evening EST. Ranging from a start time of 8PM-10PM pending on a few members availability. We try to run group content nightly.

I am looking for an active smaller FC that will actually do things with their people outside of clicks and before PF when possible. I am also looking to try to join an end game group as a MCH if you happen to need one. If possible, i wold like to try and talk to someone tonight for more info and possibly an invitation. I will be on around 7am-1pm est and again later at 11pm+ est tonight.

Just wanted to drop in here and add that I recently joined this FC and the group seems like a really good group of people. I have gotten a lot of help from them already which is something I was missing in the game. Snow and Regina here looking for a new static to call home. According to the recent quarrel with our past group, we extend our search on the forums to broaden our chances of finding a new group. We both have cleared A1 and A2 but please post here or send tell in game even if A1 isn't cleared we will help progression.

Both of us are very friendly and are willing to help where it is wanted. We are also laid back and would rather have a Semi-hardcore group rather than casual but we will take anything onto consideration.

Thanks for talking with me, hopefully we can get in touch again and figure out where to go from there.

Our group is more than ready for Savage in terms of gear we all have, we just need to coordinate to clear the two Extremes as a whole (6/8 of us are already cleared Brismark Ex) group.

With the ilvl200 weapons available tomorrow, we are most likely going to get a jump on Savage and clear Ravana on the side since the weapons would no longer be precedent.

I've updated our information to include details on when the group runs content as a static and what classes we potentially need to fill in a couple slots either permanently or temporarily.
