Doesn't anyone else have huge TP issues while playing now? I run out of TP on EVERY boss fight in every dungeon. Not to mention Alexander Floor 4, I spend half the fight not attacking the legs because I have no TP.
Really glad I have dmg attacks to go with things to do when high on threat except I have no TP to do this. It is even worse with all the new abilties its so much easier to get bad DPS. Had two groups yesterday where I had to stop attacking in a trash pull as I was down to 200TP and two of the 4 mobs were still at 50% health.
I don't want to wait 30secs between pulls just to gain TP... I also don't want to kick someone because they are bad, but if they are bad and I'm just out of TP I want to scream. For the very first time in playing this game I really wanted to leave a dungeon because staying was worth less then the 30 min punishment.
Really don't want to tank anymore if i have to afk while fighting...
Never had problems in 2.X, now instant problems in 3.X

You've just got to put shield swipe to better use. Most people seem to think its worthless and yet its essentially a PLDs version of invigorate or the WARs new TP restore ability. Its now a DPS loss but sitting around with 0 TP is a MUCH bigger DPS loss. Floor 4 Alex is an exception because you basically have 100% uptime and cannot block attacks (so far that I've seen). In that case you really just need Paeon or Goad. I've run low on TP but haven't bottomed out yet.
On the other hand if DPS is so bad that fights are taking an extremely long time, well...I suppose there isn't anything you can do about that except run with better DPS :/ -

For A4. Stay in sword oath the entire fight. Time is your enemy in that fight not incoming damage. The only downtime is during the 2 raid AoEs and if you get pulled down the pipe. Because of this you just need to end the encounter ASAP or TP will be an issue. Casting is not the best correction since its a big DPS check. I've never had TP issues in that fight but our kill times were all sub 6min.
PLD has less TP issues in 3.0 than we had in 2.X. Sounds like your groups have DPS problems. -

Sub 6min on A4? I don't have much experience with that fight, but typically my parties run around 10-min for clears. Then again..I was using DF so that may explain things a bit.

Shield swipe every time it's up now that it has bonus enmity and if you still get low, just cast some flashes for a bit(or like others have said, stone skin and clemency) and then go back to normal rotation.
