bloodshore for LL, dont know grid camp....

I just defeated a group that where in camp horizon,when do they respawn?

Its spontaneous when they spawn as far as I know (Random) based on things like day/time/weather/girth size.

They're up in Horizon when Alfgar is shouting in Uld'ah. Glad I finally did it! ^^

Actually I even think it is even weirder than that... Because when Alfgar was in Uldah shouting that the Imp's were attacking there was an NPC in Bloodshore is saying "run away the Imp's are attacking!" but they never spawned at Bloodshore....
