Goid Triad Cards - What's your story?

How many packs have you bought without getting Zidane or Warrior of Light?

I just used 238k MGP without getting either one. That's around 115 Gold Triad Cards. Man I hate this load of stupid RNG this game has -_-;

Any other sad stories anyone?

I've spent the better half of almost a mil (600k~) on golds so far and only gotten Warrior of Light. Still waiting on Zidane.

I only know this exact amount because of my MGP earned achievement and having spent no MGP on anything else other than gold packs.

Ive earned close to 600k and spent it all on packs (and jackpot tickets). No rares. FUUUU!!!

Oh and forgot to add, the other day I had saved up 90k and blew it all at once. No rare of course. I was SOOO sure I would get one by opening that many packs at once. ><

I've used about 600k MGP for gold packs, got 3 Zidane's and 1 WoL.

800k mgp until I got 2 zidane in a row plus 2 wol at around 300k and 700k mgp

When I did it months ago. It took ~850k MGP Ended up with 6 Zidanes, 1 Warrior of Light

Usually tried opening ~45-50 packs at a time

You guys are gunna hate me, but I'm done with Gold Packs lol

My Story:
Warrior of Light was one of my first cards. I received it from either my first or second gold pack, I can't recall exactly, but WoL was in my deck when I had a grand total of 11 TT cards lol... I received the Zidane Tribal card very recently, and have only spent 200-300k MGP on the road there!

850k+, got 5 zidane and 0 WoL. Why is such a hard card worth so little in trade in :( broken system.

over 600k in MGP spent - still no Zidane :/

All these numbers are blowing my mind! I'm just sitting here with my 10k MGP feeling like I'm working so hard to get 200k for my Adamantoise mount and I'm seeing "850k" "600k"....wish I could learn the secret to make the big numbers! haha.

Alot of Imperial TT or alot of Chocobo Racing... or alot of TT tournament cheating

would save, then buy 15 packs at a time. No results, then a couple weeks ago I bought 10 packs, got WOL, bought 5 more packs, got Zidane.. Done buying packs.

340k mgp to get both. I thought it was a lot, but after reading posts here... lol.

I got Zidane at around 110k and I'm at about 160k spent and still no Cid or WoL. So depressing. I agree that it's ridiculous that they give you 10 coins for cards that come from a 2.1k pack. =/

I'm not sure how much I spent but I finally got my Warrior of Light card today! Zidane still evades me, however...

I don't buy them in big bursts - I buy 2-5 at a time and then wait a few days. I do hope there will be additional ways to earn points in future patches.

Im now at over 710k and stil have none of the the cards...In other words ALL THAT FARMING HAS BEEN FOR NOTHING! ><

I'm at 194k and I just got the WoL card. I don't, however, have the Cid card yet. >_> I'm not sure if the game is trying to lull me into complacency so that I'll spend another 200k to get the Cid card.

After 1,000,000 MGP achievement including 100+ gates, TT tournaments, chocobo races, Indolent Imperial farming and minicactpot wins spent on 200k turtle mount, 30k beast claws, 8k hairstyle, 3k Riviera Dress, a few bronze and silver cards, REST SPEND ON GOLD CARDS:
