DoH/DoL needs proper balancing

I have been leveling my DoH/DoL classes using the daily GC turn ins. Between the items needed for turn in and those needed for Class quests it is apparent to me that very little thought was given to the level of the items needed. Examples:

The quest "Elegance and Artistry" is the level 53 class quest for GSM. You are required to turn in a Hardsilver Bangle of Casting. The components consist of 2 Hardsilver Nuggets and A Grade 1 Intelligence Dissolvent. The Hardsilver sand required for the nuggets come from level 60 nodes(7 levels above the quest requirement). My Miner is level 53 so the nodes don't even show on the map for me. For the Dissolvent you need 2 Mogpom which are level 58 (5 levels above quest requirements). I can buy the components or the end item from the Market Board if I am willing to spend 200,000+ Gil for them.....I am not.

This is not a true evaluation of our skills. With the scope and size of the expansion I realize that some things may have slipped through the cracks. This cannot be intended considering SEs past history. I am hoping the Devs will re-evaluate this and make the proper corrections for a fair and balanced game.

Another Example: Holy Cedar Wand is required for Crp GC turn in. It is a level 52 ALC craft

I agree. Luckily in my fc we have a 58 miner so I got the hardsilver... but then surprise you need 250K for the dissolvent. I have the highest fisher at 52, so I can't do my GSM quest until I get fisher leveled up. This is poor design, plain and simple.

Not to mention that the recipe level for the item being asked for is level 55...
I believe it's a clear error in which item is actually intended to be produced.

Since i already finished all lv 53 class quests for all DOH,i gotta say OP is right.I don't mind if we need other lvl 53 doh/dol to craft/gather the marterials but we shouldn't need lvl 54+ items in lvl 53 class quests.

Totally forgot about quests and got my crafters to 54 and gatherers to 57 pretty much just off GC dailies.
Luckily only needed 56 to gather from 60 nodes.

Just going back to do quests now.... I'm probably going to have some of these exp books left over...

I personally love the lvl 58 ALC quest, you need the 5 star master book from what I hear. I know for a fact that one of the lvl56 ALC leve quests require a Draconian Potion of Dexterity. This is even harder since at this level, it is insanely hard to get scrips for these books.
I find this stupid and it seems like SE didn't double check many of these quests. Are they doable? Yes but is it for the average player at the intended level? NO!

Uhh, I gotten Draconian potion of dexterity from achaeoskin maps, cant be that expensive I don't think.

Quests requiring master books? That's absurd! o.O

Well that's all fine and dandy but the point still stands. Why would they make a lvl 56 leve quest require a mastery book meant for level 60 crafters?

Its smart that they try to do the same trick again, how long did we wait untill they fixed that issue?
