We don't need anymore childlike PC's... Getting some child representations of the other races; outside of Elzen and Huuur, as NPC's maybe.

That is not a loli, that is a child. Don't get me wrong, I agree: the children Miqo'tes are absolutely adorable and I want to smother them to pieces from what I have seen. While this game is very tame in the "adult" related content, there's just enough stuff that if you took a child character through the game people would probably throw a hissy fit.

Not to mention the eternal bonding aspect of the game. If this character type got locked out of EB people would cry out "unfair!". If they weren't, well...that opens an entirely different can of worms.

Luckily you can currently make female miqo'tes pretty close to her if that's the look you want.

If you want to play a race that looks like a child, play Lalafell. The last thing SE needs to add is the ability to be a child in game.

I wonder if they did the ears like that intentionally or not, to match how ears in kittens take up a lot more space on the head proportionally than in adult cats.

You can't. The reason for the children's ears to be abnormally large stems from an actual youth trait in real world cats. Kittens tend to have ears too big for their head up until adulthood. Only after do they "grow into" them.

You can SOMETIMES see her in Idyllshire. You wont reach that area until 57-58 or so though. She is standing near an NPC named Midnight Dew. She only pops up sometimes, and she's not a named npc. Much like when you see someone's retainer out and about.

anyway, i wouldn't mind this race, they are cute, but, they are children, and the world of hydaelyn is too dangerous for kids to run around getting into fight with monsters. maybe when there older hydaelyn will bless them into combat :D as for now, they need love attention and balls of yarn XD

Because they're plenty of gear in the game that's pretty sexual in design, say the fishnet stockings or the loincloths. It's like how people compare child beauty pageants to liking that sort of awful stuff. Plus it doesn't help that the OP referred to them as "Lolis" which has a huge connection with some creepy stuff. SE gets incredibly close to this with the Lalafell, to be honest.

Just dub them Lalaqo'te and make them twenty-one years old, problem solved. Also, come on people you shouldn't be immediately jumping to the conclusion that making a child option in character creation is going to result in child pornography, certainly if it happened the creators would be smart enough to make some new dialogue for the more adult parts of the game.

A friend pointed out that the kid wasn't Miq, but rather half-bunny. Probably the next race.

That's like saying, "Let's just say that the girl in this picture is 21." while trading sexualized pictures of an under-aged girl. I.E. child pornography.

TERA is guilty of this with the Elin. They sexualize a proportionately child-like race and then just say, "don't worry, they're hundreds of years old... we're not supporting pedophilia." At least with Lalafell, 1) they are not proportionately "human"... you can't confuse a human (or near human) child with a Lalafell. And 2) they are not sexualized.

Dodging around the more sensitive parts of this topic, because honestly I don't think those sorts of thing warrant discussion here, she IS adorable.

When I first arrived at the town and saw her, I just wanted to give her a pat on the head. She's absolutely adorable and marks the very first young MIqo'te I've seen in the game. Sensibly, SE employed a more modest outfit for her than the traditional Miqo'te attire. I'm hoping we get to see Lalafellin children at some point as well. The cute made cuter? Can't wait.

Sadly, we'll never get to see such things as long as threads like this pop up and topics I won't mention get discussed. Can't we all just see something adorable and just saw 'aww', without wanting to take it home with us? They don't need to be playable for them to be fantastic easter eggs to find in the world. The world can never have too many cute things.

I'd kill to see a child femroe. :o
