Can we discuss Raw Intuition?

Raw Intuition: Parries all attacks taken from the front. All attacks taken from the flank or rear will result in critical damage.

Is there any need for the downside to exist? Is this skill so powerful it justifies taken critical damage from ALL attacks. If anything since we can't parry magical attacks change the downside to Raw Intuition to recieve critical damage from all physical attacks taken from the rear or flank.

Right now this skill is broken as hell, if you use awareness in conjunction with raw intuition you negate any critical hits PLUS you will be receiving 100% critical heals for 20 seconds (if your healer knows how to position himself). That's way more OP than convalescence.

Even if you don't use awareness, you can still use raw intuition when you are facing a boss without any downside. It's just not a cooldown for mass pulls.

so it does stack with Awareness, that's good to know.

It is jusy a terrible attempt to make parry better than what it is. Not to mention you can completely ignore the downside with Awareness, and it is bugged and makes heals crit us too.

Kinda disappointed. Could have at least given us something remotely interesting and not a poorly thought out shield block.

So, a guaranteed 20% physical damage reduction as well as +100% increased healing taken?!!?!?

Well the 100% crit heals is def not working as intended, and will be fixed. That said the skill itself is really nice, 20% physical damage reduction on ALL attacks = Is real good.

It's Rampart for physical damage, so it's good against tank busters/trash pulls/dungeon bosses. With the bug, it's the strongest CD in the game outside of Hallowed, but that will surely be removed soon. Stacking it with Awareness is good if you don't know how to position mobs, but I've preferred filling that slot with Second Wind instead.

Raw Intuition is amazing, though I don't see the need to use Awareness, I'd still rather have Second Wind.

At the moment you can just grab a War and a Sch, and tank everything in the game.
At once.

I assume that the downside effect is a counter measure against speed runners. But still a great CD.

Unless Raw Intuition is making people drop PLD tanks, no harm, no foul.

The healing works when you are behind or side of the tank. Imagine more raiding you have ever done as a healer--how often are you BEHIND the tank?

Yeah...this is great for dungeons though? Otherwise its a weaker rampart (same cd, only effects parriable attacks).

I cant see why. It requires you more or less face the boss at the raid for this to work our, or for healers to be in weird positions. Paladins have 30% cova vs 20% which you trigger when it matters. I dont see healers running to be in flank/rear of warriors and not safely at a distance to be honest. Its a nifty bug but kind of moot.

Highlighted the important bit. Don't need to be behind a WAR, just to the left or right of him. The only situations where you couldn't be are fights like T8 or T10 with giant frontal cones.

Raw intuition is the greatest thing since sliced bread.

If Raw Intuition would stay as is, it'd be broken and make WAR even more solidified as a raid slot. It guarantees a crit Adlo for the group for any mechanic

This is it. Anyone that says otherwise is just being jaded. Its a great cooldown and the down side adds an extra thing to think about. I like the risk/reward aspect of it i.e. its like having a positional as a tank.

It forces something that normally isn't a guaranteed chance, of course it has a downside.

Also it's hilarious with healing right now.

I don't know what you guys are talking about. Raw Intuition is working perfectly and shouldn't be changed.
