Can't unlock 60 dungeons?

I can't for the life of me unlock the two level 60 dungeons. I've done all the main story and side quests in every map yet the two locations said for the quests for the dungeons have nothing. SoC 12,14 and Pillars 14,12 have no ! at either NPC. What am I missing?

Double checked all zones, the manor etc... nothing. No other ! popping up nada.

Perhaps you need to be level 60 (noticed says 59 next to your avatar) for the quest NPC's to pop their icons up and offer them. However I am just guessing since I'm not 60 or finished main story yet but in my experience many quests do not show until hit the correct level in HW.

Forums are never up to date. I am 60 the character info is incorrect.

Did your google the dungeons? To see if unlock NPC is not in HW zone but maybe a ARR zone?

Yep, SoC (12,14) and Pillars (14,12) both NPCs have nothing

Check your Journal to see if you have any stray quests left.

Check in Fortemps manor if anyone there can be talked to.

Did so, only quests left are the three 30 quests for the new Jobs.

Does google or wiki saw say whether they had pre-requisite quests? If so have you checked to make sure done them in journal?

info is not so good right now, but I can't see having missed anything after exploring each zone 3 times now. I talked to other who have been able to pick up the quests they said they popped after finishing the main story which I have done so.

Just to confirm, you got the whole ending cutscene with the credit roll and everything?
And you've checked inside Fortemps manor afterwards?

As I recall, one of the npc's for this was at the southernmost point at the airship landing.

You might also want to use the Recommendations option under one of the menus to see if you miss anything in each zone.

Restarted client and it did some kind of voodoo and made them pop. Thanks for your time all.
