am i supposed to get a 2nd code to activate?

currently in early access but i heard you need another code to put into mogstation to play beyond early acces

i havent gottena ny email from GMG about it so far

I play a Steam version but if you have Steam you go to the Games Library > FFXIV : ARR and there will be a menu to the right. In that menu is "CD Key", you want the pre purchase one.

I didn't get any emails at all about this, I had to figure it out.

Edit: Oh, you're talking about playing beyond early access. I don't see any reason they'd block us from standard launch but if they do there should be a "standard" key too

I actually just got an email from GMG with my code this morning, so I'd assume they're being sent out.

I just got a key from GMG an hour ago. I'll try to register it. Update: And done.

I just got mine today (I checked after reading this thread) and was able to register it.

Received a second code from Green man, registered it through Mog Station. Now the Heavensward slot is filled in in my account details.

I bought mine direct from the SE website, but I have yet to receive my code. I hope it comes soon or I'll be locked out of my character having logged in Ishgard.

yeah i haven't gotten mine from the SE store yet either, hope there sent out sometime tonight

Early access is until June 27th. You still have a few days until that happens.

same here no code.

How do you register the collectors edition code?
I have it but it doesnt seem to work on mog station

I tried mogstation-> Enter Item Code -> type in my code and it says its invalid

You don't use the Enter Item Code page, you use the "Register Expansion code" or something (it's gone for me now) above those options.

Do you still need a code if you pre-ordered the digital download on PS4?

I bought my CE through SE digital store, I haven't had a second code...not sure if will get one if bought direct from SE?

I bought from the EU Store, Digital and not gotten the code for Heavensward yet, only the one for Early Access.
It would be nice to know if they get sent to us by mail or we need to log into the Store to check under orders, because the Code(s) field for Heavensward order is still blank for me.

If you got it from greenmangaming you should have got your actual activation code today.

If you didn't, there has been a problem and you should call their customer support in the morning.

Digital versions from the playstation store will activate by themselves at launch, since they're already bound to your account. No code necessary.

If you ordered from SE Store, you won't get your code until the 23rd America time.

If you ordered from Steam you have it now.

If you ordered from GMG, you should get it today or tomorrow.

As far as entering it, you have to click on the first menu option at the top (Your Account). Then there will be a big pink button that says, "Enter the Registration Code for the Expansion". Then you're done once you input it and follow the menus.

Anyone know how long early access is up? I just need to go pick up my physical copy but will not be able to until Thursday. Thanks in advance

"Early access will end on Saturday, June 27, 2015 at 12:01 a.m.in the time zone for the registered account’s region. Please register the full registration code/promotion code for FINAL FANTASY XIV: Heavensward before this time to continue playing after the early access period."
