Where are my characters on the Lodestone?

So... Lodestone is back up, but I can't log in to any of my characters OTHER than one alt. I have on Couerl. None of my alts from Hyperion or... my main is available to log in with >.<

Is anyone else having this issue?

EDIT: Just got this when trying to log in again, so probably the issue.

Yep My main is missing too.

Lodestone is not even loading for me. give it some time :)

Yeah, I'm using my alt from Hyperion to mist here. My main from Gilgamesh is gone for now.

Im assuming they are still in maintenance mode. Likely it will resolve itself in a few minutes or so.

yea same but i am missing like 3-4 characters spread around, and could only log onto my lvl 13 xD made me sad and worried but i assume its from every player spaming refresh over and over on the lodestone.

All characters with a high amount of time played (25+hours) have been deleted.

is there even a benefit to logging in to the lodestone or are you all just flooding it for fun? lol

I like how it shows characters that I thought I deleted AGESSSS ago lol

Missing from Mogstation too.

Well obviously not because they're showing up here on the forum fine. It's obvious the Lodestone is still undergoing some kind of testing and thus for test purposes they're only loading low playtime characters. Have patience.

EDIT: okay I stand corrected - the forum is only showing my main and none of my alts. So that should basically prove this is still either a bug or (more likely), they actually haven't finished the Lodestone maintenance yet. Just sit tight - things will soon be sorted.

I have alot of time spent in the game over 200 hours and I'm still here.

I'm guessing that yeah, mogstation and lodestone are being derpy and still under maintenance. Not gonna lie, I freaked out and felt a bit sick when I didn't see Crim (I'm already stressed about something irl, and this wouldve just been adding even more stress) but calmed down when I saw everyone is having the issue.

Hmm none of my characters show up. :/

For Lodestone login. Yup got high traffic error here.

Thank goodness my main is one of the characters on my list that is showing up.

But my two high geared alts are not >:

I am missing two of mine on both lodestone and mogstation which should be listed on both but showing on neither. I think there is around half an hour before world servers supposed to come back online if my timing is correct so bit worrying that characters are missing so close to that.

I have 2 missing on Mogstation but Lodestone search finds them just fine. Probably conection problems affecting Mogstation's character check on Lodestone too.

Although I can't access either link regarding new completion times for maintenance on both Lodestone and Mogstation, at least it IS because of maintenance.

There's some weird stuff going on. This is an old abandoned alt I made when trying out the game when it launched. My NA Character isn't available :(

Somehow I don't see people's avatar in forum not shown, even their server name isn't show

Now it made me change forum character, and my main char on Moogle is not showing >.<

Yeah only one of my characters is showing up on the Mogstation while both are showing up on Lodestone.

I dont have my main on both lodestone and mog station. I cant even buy fantasia :/

Same here. I can look up my character through my free company on Lodestone, but she is still on on my list as someone to log in with

for people wondering:
if your character disappeared from mogstation, or lodestone, just log in to your game and your character will load normally, this will trigger the character to load back in mogstation and lodestone.

So i just downloaded Heavensward on ps3. Logged in and it asks to agree that heavensward is registered on my account but it shows only my 2 alt accounts that I dont even play. It wont show my main account and I cant log into game before I have agreed to register heavensward, so I cant use that trick to make it shown on the list (Sorry for my poor english). =(

edit : and mogstation shows that my account is standard (steam), but I have ps3 license too. o.O Is this mess because of mogstation maintenance ?

This is precisely the problem I have! I can't fix the character issue by logging in as the admins suggest until I register HW, but in order to register HW, I have to give my in-game bonuses to one of these abandoned characters. Anyone have a solution to this catch 22?

(Notes: I have a PS4 and my main character is on Siren)

This isn't working for me anyhow. I've logged into the game, lodestone just keeps shooting an error at me and mog station doesn't show my character.

Lodestone still not recognizing that I belong to an FC. Friends list slowly filling in but may be related to that person not logging in since update.

Unfortunately not the case with my FC. As of now only 3 people showing on the Lodestone for our FC, which has a membership base of over 170. Have been playing over the weekend and have communicated with countless FC members playing. None who are showing up today in the Lodestone database as current members of our FC, SAO. In fact yesterday 1/2 of our members were showing up, now only 3. I know this is some sort of glitch or bug that will be fixed, but it is causing some people to think they were booted from our FC. We need this fixed.

Having the same issue as well, I'm not showing up on the FC I'm in either. It's saying on Lodestone that I have no Free Company, yet I'm currently the leader of one. We have around 105 Members in our member base, and its only showing 69 of them. Not sure whats going on, but I hope they fix this soon as well.

same boat here :( i'm in a company that has 129 players yet it's reporting back on lodestone that we have only 46.

Lodestone has been messed up for days now.

On the day of early access, the FC that my main character is in, didn't show up on my Lodestone profile till a day or two after early access, but the FC my alt character is in hasn't appeared on Lodestone at all since early access happened.

still seems like an issue even in 2023 :/
