Disappearing characters from forum & mogstation /panic

Same thing is happening to me too. I can't even post about it in general as this alt is too low level.

It looks like Mog Station maintenance is causing this

I was already pretty unhappy that I got locked out of the forum all night because I had a lot of fun with people talking about what to expect of HW.
Now that I tried it again after several hours, 3 of my characters are missing, including both of my mains on 2 different servers.
I'm a bit panicky right now. Please tell me that you didn't accidently delete them, SE /°O°\

Yeah, I had a mini panic attack myself.

Is this all still going on? I had no issues until 11pm and now suddenly the only character I can see is a lvl 1 place holder I've never leveled. I thought maintenance was over?

this is a bug they are going under maintenance there are still bugs so be patient we have 2 more hours till we can start playing get on the CHO CHOOOO train to get into the game expect FRICKING high ques lol

I figured. Just wanted to make sure. Suddenly it kept telling me to select a main character but there was nothing there. HW is making me paranoid. I'm still stalking my bank account for them to charge me. XD But yes. SOON. 2am cannot come soon enough.

Mine has already hit but my bank is a credit union Hell my bank calls me every Bank day to confirm what I want to do with my funds that is what i cal customer server on my bank part why i love them i told them on may 15th when I bought game to put 150 off on the side for my CE version for this game and they said already done it i was like i love you bank teller please marry me now lol. but shes already married shucks lol

Man. I cannot tell you how hard I was hitting the panic button earlier....

Heya Shade. I'm with you guys - super nervous, when all my characters disappeared from my account earlier today I thought it was just a Mog Station maintenance thing, but now I only have access to my one alt on another server. My main is completely missing. ;_; Aaaaaaahh... Hopefully this gets fixed in the next hour and a half?

Okay, so the maintenance of the mogstation ended half an hour ago and our characters are still missing...SE? Please?

It's...improving? Two of mine have come back. However they are my soon to be Au Ra and a lvl 1 nobody. All my mains are missing XD. But on a good note they just charged me for my game. I have never been so relieved to see someone take my money.

Missing mine. It just randomly happened after posting here. I couldn't even see the forums until I'd chosen an alt. On MogStation my main is gone.

My 2 mains (legacy chars) and 1 newly created one I mad like two days ago to see how Au Ras move in the game before I switch my main to Au Ra.

I thought maybe the issue was with my browser and I just saw old information, but deleting the cache and everything didn't help, so it's not that ._.

I'm still missing mine too. I noticed most of your missing ones are from Leviathan - all my missing chars are also from Leviathan... maybe it's server-specific? What servers are y'all's characters missing from?

All Balmung. My mains are all still missing as well.

My first Character made and LAst Character made are the only ones listed in the Mogstation. Thankfully my First Character made is my main but My Two 50 Alts seem to have been sacrificed to Lahabrea.

Ragnarok and Sargatanas.

I'm just going ahead and assuming missing from Mogstation does not mean missing from the game (desperately trying to calm myself xD).
Let's flip out again when we try to log in and the characters are gone there, too.

XD I don't think it does? Hopefully?...Maybe. Mine are my two newest ones so *shrug* SO CLOSE. See ya on the other side.

Great I want to rename my character and it is still missing T_T feel so helpless

My main level 50 one is still missing after the maintenance has been completed. I'm worried now. I've bought the early purchase on PSN and registered it, its only when I noticed my main character didnt appear. That i got scared that I might not be able to use it, should it return. I'm missing 2/4 characters. My current remaining ones are both lvl 1.

I posted in another thread a few minutes ago, and my character name/pic didn't show up when I posted.

After a bit, when I refreshed that thread, she showed up.

I think, if you're not showing up in Mogstation and other places, it's because the "home" of the character is getting hammered pretty hard right now.

The characters are missing since the mog station maintenance started.. that is so.. urg!

My characters haven't shown up on Mog Station, but they're around ingame at least. I got to Ishgard on my main!

My character is still missing, and the update has finished. I will be FUCKING pissed if it is gone.

Not the only one who is going to be pissed, my main is also the only character who still hasn't shown up either.

Yup same here, my main from Odin just vanished. I was on the forums during maintenance with it, no problem.
A few minutes ago when I came back on the forums "Please choose a character" and Necato was not there. Checked the mogstation, disappeared as well.

I called friends currently playing, they say my character's name is still in their friend list / LS / FC. So that's reassuring, in a way...
