Kinda bummed by the scheduled delivery date, but I kinda figured I'd never get to use the install disc.

Mine still just says Validated, and there's 5 business days until official launch. While I paid for Priority Mail, I'm at an FPO address and Priority takes up to 15days to reach us if we're lucky. I'll likely be getting cut off from HW on the 27th, there's now way my copy will reach me before then.

I did Super Saver pay.
I've gotten not a single E-mail from them since June 3rd. Kinda worried but I'm glad to not be the only
one on the same boat here. It's suppose to be a separate E-mail all together, it's not on the site or code E-mail.
We don't have much time.

As of right now heavensward is only 2 days away (EST). Have you tried directly contacting Square about the problem? I hope you don't get left out of the early access.

The physical copy does not give you digital access after June 27th. After June 27th you must input your copies' registration code or you will be unable to access HW content.
While I can download the HW 3.0 patch and play through Early access, I wouldnt be able to keep playing it after June27th until my physical CE arrives.

Actually I did email them asking if they could ship it in advance since I am at an FPO address and recieved a reply on June12th. All I got in return was:

seeing how bad the EU store and psn went heres to not being able to play until the 23rd of july :c

but in all seriousness i know i paid for 1 day dillivery but the closer it gets to monday the worse i feel, and if it isn't delivered by monday i will send a e-mail to SE :c i paid a lot of money for this, and i want to see what i spent my money on D:

I just tried my code for the PS4.. I know I ordered the CE, but the two code items said "Early Access" and "Heavensward Standard Edition" (about 1.7 GB down load) If I'm understanding it right, that Standard Edition download is just so I can play Heavensward during the early access. However I need to input the registration on my CE disk when it arrives to continue playing it after the 27th. Is that right?

Doublecheck your spam folder? And if you use gmail, look under the promotions tab too. If you still can't find it, try looking at the order on the store website?

Yep! Checked everywhere. The SE Store still states it's still "Validating", unfortunately. :x.

Not a thing here and I ordered on launch day. At £130 I expect to get it on launch day at the latest. Actually, I am not too pleased it isn't here for early access to save me flogging my Internet connection downloading the patch.

ditto, still says mine is 'pre-order confirmed' which was on the 9th after taking my money (from what i can assume) the closer we get to launch as i said this worries me that EU is going to be shafted again...

yeah i pre ordered mine as soon as they went up and i havent gotten any notification or email that it has shipped yet chose the cheapest option too though i didnt get a email for when they were going to charge either so could be an error on the email part which ill find out on the 23rd i guess

All I ever got was an order number, my EA code and a confirmation of Order back near the beginning of the month. No tracking number or anything of the sort and I pre-ordered the physical edition. My FC buddy got his shipment email the day before yesterday so I'm hoping I hear something soon.... :[

I've been getting worried as well, I got charged around the first of the month, got PS4 early access code on the 15th, but have not seen any info on my physical order of the CE from the US store...starting to worry I may never see it :(

Still haven't received any notifications. Emailed Customer Service again this morning. It is likely I will be cut off from HW after June27 now because there is no way in hell my CE will make it to our FPO address in that time.

My CE's have been billed, but as of this evening still no Shipping Data.

Getting a bit concerned I'll have the physical items by Early access date, or are they not shipping the boxed editions until the actual release ?

Be a right pain in the arse, if me and the wife have to d/l the files so we can play the early access... along with all the others that will be attempting to get it running at the same time.

Judging from the estimated arrival date, they're timing the items to arrive at the release date, not EA date. Even with budget shipping choices, packages do not normally take this long to get to me from TN.

I can't speak for the EU/other regions, but in the USA, this is not the case. They can charge you any time (with your consent), so some companies do charge as soon as you complete checkout, even for preorders.

However, for ease of cancellation and to avoid payment processor fees that come with refunds, some merchants choose to only bill once the item begins the shipping process (typically this starts with the order being handed to a warehouse or distribution center rather than being on the truck).

No, they "usually" charge 10 days before shipping for items on pre-order. It's perfectly fine to be charged the amount a lot earlier than the actual shipping.
