Cloud is in TT so where is everyome else?

So we already have Cloud and the othe main FF heros from the series in Triple Triad but where is every one else?

All of the hero cards are using their Dissidia artwork so where are Kain, Prish, Tiffa, and Yuna? And what about the villans? I cant be the only one that would love a Sephiroth card.

Just food for thought but maybe add other characters too with diffrent ranks based on plot importance. Like Zack Fair would be a rank 5 but some one like Yuffie would only be rank 3 or 4.

20 new cards will be added with heavensward. Please look forward to it.

But will they be the ones I suggested is the question.

Why does everyone have to be obsessed with that game? It's not that good and seriously there are better characters they could add as cards.

well the card i'd pk a dev to get would be a Caius Ballad card but i just dont see that happening.

So since Caius Ballad probably wont happen and Gaius van Belsar is already in the game, Sephiroth is the last of my top 3 villans they could add.

Find a FF game besides 7,8, and 10 where you can name all of the main characters off of the top of your head and you'll see why 7 gets so much camio support. 7, 8, & 10 are usually what people think when theh hear Final Fantasy.

I've been playing FF since it's release back on the NES. I can name the main characters from almost all of them off my head.
But that doesn't mean we should turn EVERY side game and every main game into FF7. You're getting a remake, yay for you. Be happy with that. Make some TT cards from other FF games instead.

You mean like the Kain, Prishe, and Yuna (and general villains) cards Kaiser-Ace requested in his original post?

Sounds like someone dislikes people who really enjoy FFVII as their favorite. Which is somewhat flawed. The remake itself has nothing to do with TT so that remark is quite irrelevant. VII just had a lot going for it. It's main game. A sequel. A movie sequel. A prequel. It's no wonder why people know VII a lot more than the others. The game itself is good and memorable. To say VII was good or bad is subjected to opinion. What is a fact is that a lot of people like it enough to warrant its references in XIV.

I believe the 20 new cards will be mainly about new heavensward characters/monsters. And if anything they should introduce more FF8 cards first, because thats where triple triad came from and they had cards of all FF8 characters there. That doesnt mean that i dont want a Sephiroth, Tifa or whatever card :P But if they started to make cards of every playable FF Character or Villain, then we would soon have hundreds of 5 star cards of which we can use only 1 XD Also they might run out of 4 digit combinations...

so instead of adding Legendary cards from say, Tactics series, Crystal Chronicles, Chrono series, Dragon Quest series etc we should just add more legendary cards from FF7 because it's got lots of spin off merchandise over the years?

I don't think I implied anything of the sort. I believe I was just explaining why people know and like FFVII a lot more than the other series. The game isn't bad. People wanting things from it to be in the game isn't bad either because us wanting the same from other series isn't any different. Saying it is would just be hypocrisy at best.

For the record, I like CC:FF7 not the OG. The OG FF7 was kinda lame with its plot pacing.

Yes there are other good games to name or mention, But due to fan hype etc 7 is more known, whether you like it or not. No need to be in such a uproar over it.

I remember once they said 20... but I only saw them list 5 in the patch notes.

Yeesh Nel, he's just asking for cards for a game that he loves. I honestly don't understand why you have to be so negative about that. Let people like what they like, and we'll allow you to do the same. :)

Please note that Kaiser is not part of the dev team, he's just making a request. You're free to make one yourself if you'd like rather than go off on a rant just because you're apparently not a fan of FF7.

My favorite Final Fantasy game is XII. My second favorite is VI. My third favorite would probably be the original (though that one's primarily for nostalgic reasons rather than the best story or gameplay). Overall, I'd probably rank VII as about eighth on my list of favorites. But Sephiroth still gets top billing on my list of favorite FF villains.
