Amazon Heavensward Pre-Orders - Early Access

Hello, is there anyone else that pre-ordered Heavensward on Amazon in the US? If so, have you received your Early Access code yet or is there any information on when we would be receiving it?

Early Access is only a few days away and I'm really surprised with the lack of information and guidance for those that have placed Pre-Orders through Amazon but have not received their code yet. Hopefully this can be sorted out soon!

Pre-order Bonus:
Pre-order FINAL FANTASY XIV: Heavensward and gain early access to the game servers ahead of the official launch, as well as receive bonus DLC including: a Baron Circlet and Baron Earrings, and a Chocobo Chick Courier . Please note that early access does not apply for pre-orders of the FINAL FANTASY XIV Online all-in-one bundle. Both Early Access and DLC will be run through one combined code that will be emailed before the Early Access period begins. This code will be sent no earlier than 6/19/2015. Once customers receive the codes, they will have to go to Square’s dedicated website, select their platform, and another code will be generated. They then take this other code and enter it into either PSN (PS3/PS4) or MogStation (PC). Valid while supplies last. Offer valid when shipped and sold by Amazon.

Great, thanks for the info, that was really helpful. I didn't realize they posted that on Amazon's Heavensward pre-order page but it is good news.

Btw, is Early Access scheduled to start on 6/19 ＠ 02:00 AM PST? I hope Amazon sends us the code before Early Access begins!

Best Buy is saying the same thing (code coming ON 6/19 GRRR!) so I went and got a code from a GameStop retail store. They gave me the code immediately upon pre-order, which is what I needed since I plan to play as soon as the servers go live.

I seriously doubt those access codes from Amazon will be sent out shortly after midnight in time for the first few hours of Early Access. I don't expect them to pop up until late into the 19th, if then. :/

I truly hope that won't be the case but unfortunately I'm beginning to feel that you're going to be spot on

Amazon eu sends the code on the 18th apparently

Did anyone get their PC Pre-Order codes from Amazon yet?

I havent received any word on getting a preorder code from amazon us still. :( i will be watching my email like a hawk thou

I have mine, both ps3 and pc delivered.

Friend of mine got her amazon code last night but it won't be active til tomorrow. So just keep an eye out on it in your email and you should hopefully receive it before tomorrow.

My code from Amazon showed up in an email yesterday (PC CE). A friend's code came in for her as well at the same time (also PC CE).

Great to hear that some of you are starting to receive the codes! It still hasn't arrived for me (not in spam folder either) but really hoping it pops into my inbox soon! Can't wait!

If it helps, the subject of the email was "Your Amazon.com Promotional Code‏", from "account-update@amazon.com".

I just got off the phone with Amazon. I called them yesterday and they advised me they were waiting on the codes from SE and we should get them sometime today (this was yesterday). I called again just now and they advised me that they are in the process of working on getting them out. So I would keep checking your emails today and tomorrow at the latest I hope. Good luck to everyone that ordered from Amazon, think I may not do early access games through them again.

i called them yesterday, they said wait till 19th, i am going to call again since it's 19th PDT now.. i have also been billled but no code ...

stellar_force, u got a nice point, but i am a long time amazon customer, and i prefer to be loyal to them ;) also other retailers have bonuses or other things. amazon has treated me well for many years and if i had any issue they would resolve it or even pay me back my money etc, if something was lost in the mail, which i will never forget.
