The healer in my dungeon literally just killed me at the very end of the fight and I lost out on a lot of experience points.
I'm pissed.

how does a healer intentionally kill a member of their party? Just not healing you? Was he/she out of mp perhaps?

You can't report someone on a hunch. And even so, letting you die isn't against ToS. Unless he said something like "haha I did that on purpose so you wouldn't get XP!", you have nothing to report.
