Free Company Drama!

Has anyone ever experience this?
I was just permanently kicked because of a Kotasu Table! I tried to apologize but was called a pedophile, creepy, no-life loser, etc and misunderstood to a point of embarrassing myself.

There -has- to be more to this story...

Going to have to post more than the length of a Twitter post before I can even get interested.

The names he was called suggest this. The kick could have also been initiated by a child(or an adult who is very childish), the kick was uncalled for the people with the higher status should have spoken to you before they kicked. If they kick you just like that then they are not worth the time of day and I hope you find a better FC.

Usually people don't get called creepy, pedophiles, or no-life losers unless they do something that makes them seem creepy, like a pedophile, or a no-life loser. Maybe some introspection is needed if you did something so offensive with a piece of ingame furniture that made them kick you. Please share the full story though. Heavensward is 14 days away.

Maybe he's one of those people who go around saying lalafel are children(and not what they actually are: a short race). I wont go into details, but people who think that can be real creepers.

But we don't know the story. Maybe they misunderstood a joke or something.

I have experienced FC drama, but my FC is pretty tight. Never seen someone get kicked from it.

I don't get it. You must be leaving out some details. And even if the table was one like the Hello Kitty (My Melody is from the Hello Kitty universe) table someone posted in an earlier post, that still would not be a reason to kick someone as I love cute things like that and it's no reason to treat someone like that. If I were you I would find a better FC, and also reply with more details since you posted a not very clear topic. All we know is it was a kotatsu table.

I promised that table to a FC mate for awhile, teased him because my retainer finally got a Floss silk after 500+ quick explorations. He exploded after I quickly stopped making his full 50 FSH gear. Then FC leader stepped in with a lecture on keeping promises and how I lied and treated FC members as toys EVEN THOUGH I'M CHIEF CRAFTER WHO CRAFTS ANYTHING FOR THEM FREE!! I left because the more i tried to apologize the worst she got. A few mins later I finally sold everything I had to make table, but trying to give apology gift bombarded me with "F*** yous" and insults. i do admit I acted a bit dramatic because this was my frirst FC who were good friends to me but quickly turned around and ridicule me as I apologize. The whole pedophile creeper was from a lalafel who hates me because I pat him randomly

That still sounds like a one sided story.
It sucks getting kicked out. It sounds really harsh. But I'd genuinely interested in their side of the story as well.

I'm probably only one who uses Forums. But their side was about me making promises on expensive furniture, minions, and mats, but not fulfilling promises and was teasing everyone. Later on it turned into me being a sad pathetic person begging for forgiveness, or at least to be remembered as the guy who help them. Was hilarious how EVERYONE teleport ed to mansion just to watch me grovel in shame

... well ouch. Sadly, drama happens everywhere I go, especially on forums. You can drop an innocent comment on this here forum, and people will insist on trying to rip your head off.

Still though, getting kicked out of the FC over that? Or did you leave?

Here is my advice: "Rub it off, sweep it underneath and move on". Stuffs like that happened all the time.

If I were you, I'd just forget about it though, no matter who was at fault. I've seen and also been through worse guild drama than this. Just find another fc out there. It's not like your previous FC are your real life friends, right?

I'm sure there will be other FCs that are friendlier and more accepting. Also, I wouldn't promise to craft things to an entire FC in general, even in your new FC. Most of the guild dramas I've seen always involve "promises" somehow or another.

It's the drama of children.

I've never been on the receiving end of FC drama, but ever since even a few days after I first started playing this game, I've born witness to other people with it. It is almost always caused by someone being over sensitive about something incredibly minor, and blowing it way out of proportions. It just takes one person saying the wrong thing at the wrong moment to the wrong person to cause a whole lot of drama....

Something similar to this happened in my FC... We had lost a few members due to one being sexist and constantly attacking others, the rest because they felt the FC was ignoring them/not doing anything worthwhile. Then the BIG DRAMA hit, all down to one member's insecurity and jealousy towards myself and some others (one being the FC lead). This member placed blame for everything going wrong solely on myself, when everyone else in the FC (and LS, where we had members from other FC's as well) knew differently... In the end, they left with another, joined another FC and continued to harass myself and the FC lead.

Thing is... after a period of time, we tried to reconcile with them, got it thrown back in our faces. So... just moved on and ignore them. Point of this story : It's just a game, move on and ignore them. Every MMO, any online game with a clan/guild/etc... will always have drama of a sort. If they continue, blacklist and/or report them. Don't let them ruin your fun.

If you're the "chief crafter" then it sounds like it was the FC's loss, not yours.

I wouldn't join a FC that made me promise to do stuff for the other members just to get in, and I certainly wouldn't stay in one where crafting everything for everybody for free was the expectation. (I mean, I DO craft most things for my FC for free, but that's because I know they would absolutely tip in a heartbeat if I asked, and almost all of them will give me the materials to cover whatever it is I'm making.)

Disappointed expected better drama.

But ya, I can speak from experience that being a crafter can be not fun at times.

Best thing to do is say you are terrible at crafting and only leveled it because you are a completionist... "What, you saw 80 crafted 5 star HQ items on the marketboard with my name on it? That must have been someone with a similar name. I don't craft!"

We have a person in the FC who does all the stuff we ask em to for free, but we let 'em take his time and he also jokes around and sometimes purposely makes us do dungeon or primal runs and makes the item the "drop". We're ok with it cause we know he just wants to have as we all do. I guess perhaps they had a different kind of sense of humor. Hope you find a company that's more chill.

Sometimes when you aren't as close with people this happens since they don't trust you as much blablabla. But that's pretty immature of their part, teleporting just to make fun of you? Please. And I agree with the person who said that the player behind the Lala who got offended over /pets must have some traumatic issues or something. To them it is something offensive, though they shouldn't have reacted that way and just tell you they're not comfortable with that kind of stuff.

So, my FC drama happen to a FC friend when I was taking a short break from the game. So, I don't know exactly what happen, but thanks to a few of the FC members and the FC leader himself I can safely say I was better off not being on or else I'd would have ripped them a new one. However some how I end up being involved.

The FC leader randomly messages me on Facebook asking if one of the members were harassing me. I say 'no, not at all. Why?' He then later stats that someone in FC was accusing my friend of harassing me and another FC member and trying to force the FC leader to kick my friend for doing something that was not true. So, they kick him anyways. Because the ones who kicked him were friends with the accuser and left with most of the FC chest.......yeah messed up. To make maters worse the FC leader let's him back in then kicks him in hopes to bring back those who left because of that a-holes lies. But it didn't really work. Most of them made there own FC or join an old one.

I just hate how they used me to try to get rid of him because they didn't like my friend. And sorry if it's a bit confusing. Just thinking about it makes me want to them in the head.

You should look for a drama free FC next time. If you were on Excalibur I'd suggest mine (Reanimation).

I just leave FCs that have drama.

That sounds like a jerk. They make you as "crafter chief" so they don't need to pay and give you material. And then after they satisfied, they just left you behind.

Anyone curious <removed by OP> is free company that has a deep hatred for me (Only Leader, Chief Raider, and 1 lalafel but with leader playing favorites she got everyone against me except a few friends left)

This is essentially the same as using usernames to shame post someone. You might want to remove it. Doesn't matter if it's a FC name or a person, it's still a violation of the ToS forum agreement. It'd be easy for people to look the FC up and find the usernames of the people that you have listed.

There is way more tied to this than you are most likely saying. in regards to the pedo comment(s), for the entire time that everyone was bum rushing GS, you would randomly go up to Lalas, and use a custom emote to /grope <t>. most of us didnt care about you doing that, except that some of the ones you did it to are underaged in RL. pretty much everyone in the Lala LS(s) know who you are by name, and that you had reported someone else for doing the exact same thing you were doing, and that changed how people saw the situation.
yes, you do craft, as many people have seen you in game doing so, but at random times you have also asked for handouts of crafting mats, like the time you were asking for 99 hypogryph skins in mor dhona.
just going off memory, havent you changed FCs at least 3 times, usually because of something being said that was 1.inappropriate, 2. mean natured, or 3. sexist/offensive?

there are a few people that are avoided heavily for various reasons(not going to say names) and you are kinda one that people try not to interact with.
