CT needs a Sands of Time at the end

The waits for running CT (Labrynth of Ancients) are horrid on pretty much any class, since people only have a reason to run it the one time every week. Why not add a Sands of Time to the end to give people a bit of incentive to run it more than once... the Allegan Catalyst is a garbage mat, and the Sands of Time is to upgrade gear that's already halfway obsolete to being up from i100 to i110, when WoD drops i120 so adding an extra to CT is hardly gamebreaking... plus the two Sands at the end of ST are hardly enough to satisfy the needs of players to update the variety of i100 gear still spread across all the classes a lot of players use, as evidenced by the fact that unlike the UAT, no one ever passes them.

I don't think one Sand would be nearly enough to make people want to do LOTA any more than is absolutely necessary. It's obsolete content now, and if it wasn't for the weekly and glamour drops there'd be almost no reason to run it at all.

Yeah, maybe it needs two then, or something at least to incentive running it beyond what it is being run now because for most people I know, just getting into CT on just about any role is the biggest pain in the ass aspect of the weekly quest. Though in a few weeks it'll be obsolete for most of us, there will most likely be people leveling up who need it.

Make it drop allagain platinum pieces that are worth 10k gil after every completion. Just one per player AFTER you beat acheron. That'd give me incentive to farm the hell out of it as expensive as frigging novus is.

Hopefully they add stuff to make older content more relevant for older players, otherwise newer players will suffer. I know that now that I have all classes at 50 I haven't done low level roulette, even for the gil or tank bonuses. The rewards are to minimal, that I would rather farm a higher level dungeon for similar rewards, just because the higher dungeons are more fun. SE has to remember as new game content is released, and new players are added, the old content needs to be adjusted to make it more appealling to older players. And that isn't just nerfing it for newer players, it's about giving decent rewards to players of a certain level. I mean 5 poetics for a low level roulette, especially if you only have a DPS is just rediculous.

I stopped running low level roulette because I don't need soldiery anymore.

I wish all CT instances dropped onion knight, getting sick of WoD.

It doesn't even matter anymore this close to the expansion. Not like 110 gear has been meaningful in a long time either.

I think sands also drop in the coil.. but not everyone can do that. Sands needs more areas to drop in.

None of raids is worth running. Theres no point running them if you never win a item. Run ST 60 times in last 3 days only to win 5 items for all those runs. Maybe if they gave more poetics or made it where get choose sands or oils of time at end for a reward for completing it. Then it might be worth running. Still dont understand why WOD doesnt give gil but LOA and ST does. If WOD gave gil to fix your gear maybe I would run it more than once a week.

A mount with a 1% drop rate and whole alliance rolls on it.

Your problem is that the Wind Up Onion Knight doesn't drop from WoD, it drops from ST. :P

The Onion Knight CARD drops from WoD. Those minnions aren't enough reason to run that crap repeatedly.
