Kind of glad to not see pugilist showing up there. Internal release is decent, but nothing else helps with dps. Having it on four jobs besides monk was overkill already.
Seems legit AND makes sense, too - would have honestly been surprised if DRK got anything else cross classed but the two existing tank jobs.
But no ACN for AST, then? No Eye for an Eye. Good - something to keep WHM and SCH a bit unique.
Is that really the case when Black Mage and Summoner have it as well?
I'm curious... What is going to happen with the Lv60 cap with regards to cross-class skills? That should be two extra cross-class skills, but what the hell would they be for most Jobs? I mean White Mage only has two options left, and Physick is redundant, as is Ruin... Does Summoner or Black Mage need Hawk Eye? Even the Jobs with have plenty of options don't really have anything meaningful to pick from... Savage Blade on Warrior? Sure... The system is really starting to show how utterly worthless it is...
I would much rather have lancer as Warrior then pugilist...
I'm more interested to know if we'll get any cross class skills from the new jobs. It's all well and good us sharing our toys with the new boys and girls on the block, but they have to play nicely and share their own toys too!
b4b+raging stikes= great burst for machinist not to mention hawk eye for some good acc.
I recall them specifically lowing the level of certain skills (Quelling Strikes comes to mind, I think it swapped places with Flaming Arrow during beta) because they thought it wasn't right that we'd have to basically level an entirely different class almost all the way just to access cross-class skills. Would be odd if they now turn around and slap some cross-class skills in the 51+ range, although I guess they never did anything about lolMantra.
ugh, time to lvl archer
