I don't think any off-GCD abilities have mana costs. They could still be attacks.

Yes, but BLM has no off-GCD-damage abilities yet, so I still think, they are de-buffs :) Especially I can imagine, the second one from left is that "rune circle" we saw in benchmark.

I think I see both having a range of 0m?

The first one (with the 60s recast time) appears to have a 10s duration.

That second one (the one with the 90s recast time) has "+15%" in the tooltip, and I think it has a duration of 0s?

Looks like they're both buffs (not debuffs) to me...

Yeah, and there were those unknown moves a bunch of the jobs used in the fight at the end of the benchmark. Probably something that boosts the next attack in some way, for one of those BLM thingies. Wouldn't be surprised if someone is obsessively deciphering the blurriness of the images to try and piece together what the descriptions might be saying.

Come back when we're at hundreds of thousands of hp for a dps. Right around 10k at max level is perfectly fine.

The HP isn't surprising. BLMs already have more than 6k HP, going up 4k in 10 levels isn't really a concern.

The MP on the other hand is. It looks to me like caster gear might be getting PIE.

It is also a test video. They can manipulate stats however they want for that. Wouldn't read too much into it.

looks like a ton, but take a second look at the MP-costs. Double the MP-costs of Fire 1 (1060? very bad video quality, something around that) in Astral Fire-Stance and you get 5 Shots.

btw. i've excepted more battles and lesser exploration. seriously.

Seems like 11k by 60 but at 54 he only had 5746. When he attacked I didn't notice any ice or fire astrals forming around the BLM so I wonder if they are doing away with that system.
