I imagine a moogle pony being similar to the other primal ponies. It would be white like a moogle with a pom and little bat wings. Maybe rainbow effect around the hooves or a mix of the other primal effects.

Thornmarch (Extreme) should drop a mount that consists of two random job moogles from the fight lifting you up by your arms. The combinations would be randomized each time you summon it up and it can be used as a flying mount for Heavensward. It would also be funny if your character makes a struggling emote while riding them, XD.
