The most you've payed for Glamor?

What's the most you've paid for a Glamor?

I dropped 2.7M for a Spine of the Vortex this morning, and back in Feb I dropped 1700 allieds on the Storm Elite Sword.

A guy in my FC ran T5 at least 40 times for the healer pants - wow.

I've dropped like 8k for prisms. Then again the stuff I wanna glamour are all dungeon drops.

4.1mil for my Tremor axe.

Never once regretted my purchase.

I <3 my glowly rock axe of doom.

Probably the 2 mil I paid for my Kirimu Coat (it was my persona BiS for like...a week. GDI)
Also got the Elite Storm coat for mages for only glamor. That hunting....

Also I don't want to think about all the glamor prisms I've bought.

Lucky... that's like the average price for one prism on my server (it fluctuates but...yeah)

About 3000 allied seals for the Maelstrom set (minus the legs considering they can replaced with close to anything). I've spent a lot on prisms, but never any gear worth 1+ million gil.

I think about 200k on a couple of temple augments for the chestpiece and hat. Not that I ever dye the feather, but the chest piece is still my favorite piece. A lovely shade of blue, worth every penny.

Around 6mil to make a mog staff and 7mil to make mogfists

4 mio for the ifrit weapon and another 4 mio for the ilvl 110 healer headpiece on day one xD

but most work is my nexus weapon i glamoured over my zeta :x

Not much so far. But after my retainer brought me back some metallic gold dye, I am so close to buying the armour augments for my Paladin AF gear so I can dye it gold and look absolutely fabulous.

Many hours of my life farming T2 for the BLM/SMN robe.

I bought a bikini set for my wedding, I think it was about 600k at the time.....and then I turned around and sold it :X

Not that much usually 1/3 of the prices on the mb cuz i just make it myself now.
Back then i had high end crafter buds who would craft me the new shinies for free if i got the materials.
I.e spring dress, cloche, spring hat etc. it was like on day 1 of patch cuz they too were eager to see what the new recipes were like.

I basically spend all my money on raid food and glamour. I'd buy a house if any plots were ever open, but as is-- I've dropped millions on things that I thought looked pretty, just because what else am I going to spend it on?

Not gonna be much since everything I like is low level stuff.

about 4 million in materiels to get the whole Rogue set crafted for my Ninja's glamour. then i made it all back in like 2 days of desynthing / selling FC III's and Mastercrafts :)

4K on a prism when I was too busy to make one for myself.

About 7M+ on materials for Munificent Moggle Mogtome when it was still new.

Had 2 glowy Moogle weapons made for me which probably cost around 7mil for mats plus about 500k in tips.

I guess it would be 1.8mill + $44.

My Bard glamour is a Yoichi Bow Zeta, (headpiece not visible), Kirimu Coat, Emperor New Gloves, Platinum Wedding Pants/Shoes all dyed Metallic Blue.

Mandragora Choker, Dreadwyrm Accessories + Eternity Ring.

Obviously I paid for the Wedding stuff before knowing how much I would like the way this set-up looked, but technically I did spend that money on my eventual glamour. I bought me and my partner's wedding bracelet, so I say $40 because I wouldn't have gotten it at all if she said no.

But she said yes. And was worth every penny XD

im in the process of puggin over n over tier 7 for the high allagan coat of healing
the price is my sanity, some of these groups make me cry

I payed a bit over 700k on that arachne MNK coat.









Then I stopped playing MNK.

I'd say roughly about 12 million on those murderous moggle mogfists.

Worth it.

Gotta save up another 3 mil for Garuda's Van. There simply aren't enough green glowies in this game.

650k for Arachne Shirt mats, friend then crafted it for free.

So... Much... Gil! I've never had over 2mil <.< Anyway back to the topic I think I spent around 500k for a set. So that includes Chest, head, feet ect.

the most i have paid for is 495K for the spring skirt and dress at once :3 i don't regret it and i force more use out of it come heavenward :D

Also I'm really lazy about making glamor prisms which would save me thousands but..
I just can't be bothered

1.2 million spent on an Arachne Shirt of Scouting for my Ninja is the highest priced item I've bought. I want the remaining pieces, but I'm less willing to pay for them so I'll be crafting them myself once I've got my weaver high enough.

I have the same problem. Except for weaver (velveteen sold by the sylph vendor), Armorer (Amal'jaa vendor), Blacksmith (Amal'jaa vendor), and Carpenter (Ixali vendor). Those ones I'll make.

Spent a million gil for coeurl beach briefs back when waterproof cotton was hard to get.

Funny thing is I never actually used them, and still haven't. >_> They weren't as good looking as I thought. I prefer the Coeurl Maro.
