* Please note that the forum image attachment option is unavailable in the entry thread. We ask that you utilize image hosting sites such as Flickr, Imgur, etc. Some image hosting websites, such as Flickr, will delete images when an account is inactive for a certain amount of time, so make sure to verify this when choosing a site to host your entry image.

Uploading to the Lodestone - Image Upload Instructions

1. You can utilize the Lodestone blog image feature by logging into your Square Enix account and accessing your Character Profile.
2. Under the blog section, click on the feather icon to post a new blog entry.
3. Fill out the mandatory fields and use the "Select Image" button to upload your screenshot, then submit the blog entry.
4. View your blog entry, click on your image to expand it, and then right click the image and select "Copy Image Location" to receive your image's URL.
5. You can use this URL to submit your forum entry into the contest using the image [IMG] tags.

How do I take a screenshot on PS3?

• [L1 + Select button] to Toggle the HUD off and on.
• [L1 + Start] to take screenshots.

How do I transfer screenshots from my PS3?

• You can access your screenshots in the XrossMediaBar's (XMB) "Photos" menu.
• You can transfer your screenshot to a storage device of your choice (like a USB stick) after selecting your image. (View more details here.)

Surprise please!

My entry isn't about the main story quests but a little side quest.
It might not seem like a big deal to some, but the fact that I was able to have a same sex marriage with my partner means the world to me. Because of this little bit of programming I ... Well, I cried irl a little hahaha.
Without her (well, we're both women irl...), I don't think I could have gone through the whole adventure start to finish.

I remember exploring north a year ago back when 2.0 just came out. At the time I was just seeing how far I could go, and what I found was breath taking. Never in a game before did I see a sky so detailed; Staring at castle with beautiful lighting and detail. At the time I didn't even know that was Ishgard :p.

Imagine my excitement a year later. When I learned not only would I be able to go there soon, but there was job that involved the sky I fell in love with. I can't wait for what the future brings!

( This was actually rather hard to choose, its like trying to figure out which slice of the same pizza is the best one, when they are all exactly the same.. The feeling when you aren't even level 50 yet and you come across Odin in the Black Shroud was nothing short of exhilarating. Especially when you die barely seconds later because you are a squishy bard. No matter your level or ilevel though, executing difficult and challenging fights and coordinating with your fellow players will always be exhilarating. Be it Odin or even Bahamut himself, nothing will beat that feeling.

It was hard to choose, and I almost went with getting my White Mage AF gear over this one, but this screenshot holds the best memories for me. :D

Caption: Looking through my screenshot folder I found this photo. During the 2014 Halloween event a bunch of people got the Nanamo disguise and danced as her in the streets of Ul'dah. I joined into the fray and got some pictures in return. Now that I look at the picture it may be the only time to see the Sultana with her big happy smile before the events that struck in our current story quest.

I was able to get my partner to play with me and to have him truly enjoy every moment of the story with me was more than I could ask for. My favorite memory was participating in the Moonfire Faire event, he was far away from home at the time but the game allowed us to still spend time together.

Comment: My favorite moment was when I first started the game and realized via the beginning cutscene, that I had chosen a job that would lead to my most favorite Final Fantasy job, White Mage. When I first started, I didn't read any guides so I had no clue that conjurer would lead to white mage, and so it gave me a sense of a magical feeling that I was "destined" to be a white mage. Later on when I quit the game due to the main quest requiring you to team up with people in dungeons, and people calling me bad names since I wasn't any good at dungeons or primal fights, I was at a loss and felt that I had wasted my money on the game. The thing that brought me back was the inclusion of the Manderville Gold Saucer mini-games, which gave me a new purpose in which I didn't have to team up with people to enjoy the game itself.
