<< Collision >>Looking for Superb World Progression Players
Collision is looking for mature, dedicated players to form a second team with the goal of clearing Heavensward raid content as quickly as possible. We are looking to build this team from the ground up.
**What does Collision offer you?**
* You will be playing directly alongside and theorycrafting with a team who strives to live on the cutting edge of progression within FFXIV.
* An infrastructure which the group will be built upon, with the support of the company behind your goals. Team 1 will be using alts to fill in while the group is still forming. In addition, we will be using our website for recruitment purposes, offering as much recruitment assistance as possible for the formation of this team. Once this group is filled, our goal is that your static will be self-sufficient and will work alongside Team 1 to pursue 3.0 progression.
* A drama-free environment, with no time for bullshit. Simply put, progression races have absolutely no time to deal with drama, and Collision will not tolerate any sort of toxic behavior that would impede upon our goals.
**What does Collision expect from you?**
* Time: We ask our members to allocate a generous amount of time to pursue our goals. In some cases, that will mean taking time off of work and/or school.
* Performance: The whole idea with this team is to gather the best available players into one entity. You must be at the top of your class, possessing the ability to min/max your output on new encounters quickly.
* A Team Player: Be able to collectively solve team/encounter problems in a mature manner.
* Consistency: We value an ability to demonstrate a consistent level of play throughout progression. This means being able to perform at the same level whether it is the first pull or the hundredth.
**Schedule:**
**For 2.51-2.55:** Setting aside some time in the evenings (8PM-12AM EST) for potential group activities. (i110 Savage 6-9, i110 FCoB 10-13, etc.)
**For 3.0:** Expectation for the first two weeks is to have endgame content unlocked and at least one job to 60. If possible, multiple jobs will be pushed to 60. (As discussed with the group).
**For Alexander:** The group will want at least 1 week off for 12+h/d raiding to push progression. (The group can discuss these plans once it is actually formed.)
