Airship's for personal housing?

As the title says. Does anybody know if we'll be getting the airship and house glamor features for personal housing in 3.0?

I would assume yes, but I haven't found anything that really confirms it or not? So I thought I would ask here. If a Dev or anyone else has any information that would be great!

Since Housing is the exact same for both FC & Personal, we'd better be getting Airship Crafting for Personal.

I'm still incredibly salty about how Personal Housing was folded into FC Housing.

It needs massive revision or else Personal should be entitled to everything FC has to offer.

For instance, we need to be able to share our Personal House with any friend we choose (not just Eternal Bond Partner).

Airships pretty much sound like an expensive retainer for your house so probably.

They've emphasised the FC part of it quite a lot, so even if it comes for personal, I'd guess it'll be a few patches later, not at launch.

In any case - lol? How about actually giving us personal housing first? At the very least, make sure housing in general (lots of FCs are houseless too) is not a top-few-percents-only feature, before gating even more content behind it? Just that in itself is something that leaves a very bad taste in my mouth, tbh.

im pretty sure we are only getting to utilize the housing portion and not the airship portion.

they never specifically say "personal housing" so it is a bit confusing... but i'm pretty sure this right here is referring to personal housing.

It sounds like if the housing issue isn't improved come Heavensward its going to put a lot of unfortunate fcs in trouble, as swaths of content will be out of their reach.

They also said it just costs Gil to initiate. Even if it's not gated to FC houses only though, it'd probably take a personal house owner longer to finish anything

I hope it stays restricted to Free Companies. It's already a shame that single players can take housing plots away from free companies (Benefit of one vs benefit of many), with how limited the housing plots are. The more incentives to have an FC house over a personal house, the merrier.

I hope it will also come to free housing. Because how they wrote it before that you work together in the fc to build it that makes it sound like a airship would be really hard and if that is trully right then probably only the guild leader can use it which would suck.

Best you find a FC with a house and stick with it them even if you hate them.
They are just messing up housing as we go.
Now what sense does it make to put things behind a house where most of us ain't got one?
Fix housing first before you do anything with Airships.

personally i hope at some point they add a feature to personal housing similar to fc housing airships atm all housing really is for is gardening so love to see some other uses added in the future

Oh...I thought the OP was suggesting that the airships containing house functions (decoration, gardening and all) so that anyone who could not buy a plot of land just live in the skies. Like some kind of aerial RV...

I mean, you could have it have two modes where you can ride the ship around and interact with other people or whatever it is that SE planned and then turn on the living mode to turn it into an instance where you just chill...in the sky.

wonder if there will be a sky pirates grand company lol

when the heck are they going to put that in for your bonding partner? I have been looking and cant find anything on it at all? did they just forget about it? myself and my wife both hate they she cant do anything in our home.
