Primal Ponies Should Play Their Respective Themes

With Terra's theme added to the magitek armor, I think SE should scrap the default mount music for the primal ponies and play their respective primal's theme. Listening to the Ramuh theme while cruising around would be awesome. Imagine strolling through the Sahagin base with "Leviathan, Leviathan" blaring through your headset. Wanna reminisce with Lady Iceheart? Pull out Boreas and party hard. It'd be awesome huh?

I posted this over on /r/ffxiv and a good amount of people like the idea, so I figured maybe posting here I'd get a response. Thanks.

This would be a great idea

I'm still of the opinion that each mount should be a different creature, (ie. drake for ifrit, zu for garuda, etc). Having them all be palette swaps of same horse, don't find myself motivated enough to try to farm them all.

Man, riding the Ramuh pony would be super intense.

That would make me want them more than I do now O=

Yeah that crazy high pitched chanting at the beginning of his theme...you'd be like "crap, all I did was summon my mount....am I about to get skewered?"

Then Shiva would be like a pop rock band is following you around lol

LOL. I was thinking of Ramuh's opening when I posted that. Like you mount up and all you get is a chorus of "Ahhhhhhhh~"s in your ear. XDXD

And Titan pony would make you feel like a tough rocker dude with all that drumming.

I demand a hot pink pony for Mog King! I want to listen to that song always.

I would like musicbox versions of the primal themes for the ponies.

Some of the songs are a little too intense for just a mount theme. Ramuh specifically was already mentioned on this hah.
I wouldn't mind some alternate versions of the theme. A remix or something along those lines. Perhaps just scale it down a bit and make it less orchestrated.

Really, this is just a long winded way of me requesting the original female singer for Leviathan.

I like this idea, I would assume it to be developmentally cheap since it's using existing resources.

If they do, they should make a Good King Moggle Mog moogle-pegasus for the expansion. It'll have a pom instead of a horn and bat wings.

i agree with this idea, it would add a tonne of worth to the recoloured ponies :D

With all respect, I don't really like this idea. Granted, I can turn off mount music, and I don't mind primal horses having unique music. I just feel primal themes are too intense, and don't really fit the pace of mounts. I also don't really like either Shiva or Ramah's theme, personally.

Please God no.

The last thing I ever want to hear after 100+ primal runs to get a single drop is their stupid song. All ponies do for me is make me NEVER WANT TO DO THE CONTENT AGAIN.

(Not even kidding guys, I don't to Garu/Titan after getting their ponies...)

Ramuh's Theme - Feels like an ethereal mix of stuff evocative of MACROSS PLUS + Ghost in the Shell TV Opening Theme. So good! :)

Shiva's Theme (first half).

Great idea, and it should play the themes throughout the whole fight, not just first or second phase themes. From beginning to end.

I had that thought a while back myself, it would be pretty cool.

Equally neat (and practical) would be if the mobs in beast tribe areas didn't aggro on you if you were riding the mount of their respective primal deity. Like you wouldn't catch aggro from Sahagins while riding a Leviathan mount, or from the Amalj'aa riding an Ifrit mount, etc.

Actually I want to ride the Primal them self instead of Pony. It would be awesome to ride Titan after you defeated him and get him as a mount.

They won't even give them to summoners.

I don't have any ponies yet, but I do love the idea of them having special mount music!
