Nope. Preordered when it first went up and have had a great time of watching the release get pushed back again and again and again.
I went to Las Vegas fanfest, they sold out at the fanfest and preordered mine online. Some....year....I might get one.
Yeah, this has been the worst "preorder" experience Ive seen.
Generally if you dont have enough preorders to go around then you send them out in waves. Newest orders get them first and then slowly fill the orders. But Ive not heard of anyone receiving one at all (Except for the lucky folks at fanfest)
The worst part is, I never received a single email every time the date was pushed back. Until it finally hit the June mark then FINALLY they decide to send an email. I'm sure if I look at it now the page will tell me December for release or something....

Not to be rude, but this is kind of like rubbing salt in one's wounds...
That aside, SE should be doing a better job with their merchandising. Once again, I must say, transparency is key here, and the lack of communication as to why the pre-orders have been held up for 6 months is astonishing. You should never keep paying customers in the dark or they stop being paying customers.
I only got it because I am UK, and for some reason they were easier to get here.
I shared because it showed where the download code is, and shows exactly what it is like.
Sigh I'm starting to think I'm never going to get mine. Getting annoyed by how much it's been delayed.
Guess UK finally got an advantage somewhere. Wish I could say the same for the bungle that has been pre-orders.
And I just checked the Moogle Plush Delivery date. Now its saying Mid-May (which is better than June if its true...) but once again, no email to the consumer to let them know of the change.. AGAIN
Reminds me of buying a super awesome CD at a convention. They sold out at the convention and offered to let us buy the CD and have it sent to us via mail. I bought two CDs, one for me and one for my friend that couldn't make it to the concert.
This was October 2013.
Emailed the main distributing company so many times and respectfully asking about it. April 2015 and still never got it. Never buy anything at an event where you put down money to have it sent to you via mail. It's a highway robbery to me from now on.
I was watching the London Fan Fes live-stream and asked my friend there if she could get one for me (I'm in France and wasn't able to get there because of visa issues). Although it was too difficult to get it right there, someone in boutique staff told her that it would be actually available online at about the same time so I ordered it as soon as I knew this, and my moogle arrived around mid-november as expected. Then from end of the year I never saw it available again...
i got mine at fan fest UK after fighting the bludgeoning horde that was the market queue and drinking the blood of 1000 innocents that i finally had it in my hands.
(long story short i got lucky and waited from 10am-2/3pm in the queue, where others werent so lucky.
heck i queued up INSTANTLY after the opening ceremony and there was still people there before me and things still sold out before i got there.
but as for the moogle, theres a code attached to it in the form of a tag, open it, code is there, then you redeem it on the mog station, so you wont have the code until you get the plush i believe, unless its different for the online orders/
It sucks for people in America (and elsewhere else where there are problems) who haven't received theirs yet. Luckily here in the UK there wasn't any shortage of stock when I ordered mine, and it arrived in October last year. It was actually a gift for my partner, and I used it to propose to her. I put the ring in the delivery sack before I gave it to her, and told her that it's name was printed on a piece of paper in there. When she pulled the ring out I said "Special delivery, Kupo".

This is very weird though, I remember being really excited when the UK got it first for once, but I had no idea that it's release would be this sporadic.
I genuinely wish you good luck with this.
The biggest question is:
On feb 17, they forced all users to create new account. So I have no access to my account that preordered the moogle SO long ago. I still have the original email and confirmation, but that is it. No word since....
we will get the moogle deliver...after the code for minion is expire
I have emailed them regarding this, Your original order is still good. But just in case you can always send them an email through the customer support on the new store's page to verify it. Just give them your order # and ask for a status update. They responded after a few days to my email and told me the new "delivery time frame".
Do they have such short time periods for the codes running out? I kinda just presumed that so long as the game was out that they wouldn't expire.
After ordering my Moogle Plushie for my wife on November 28, 2014 for a Christmas present, it finally arrived on Monday May 18, 2015, almost six months later. I got mine, so I hope all the rest of you are getting yours, too.
