About Us

The Royalz has been a multi-gaming guild for over a decade and started on Final Fantasy XIV:ARR as soon as Free Companies became available. Our members come from varying backgrounds, all holding a competitive attitude to push the highest tier content as fast and efficiently as possible. The FC enjoys a non-hostile and respectful environment while still seeking to min-max to elite status.

What we can offer

We offer a hardcore environment that allows players to grow and help one another succeed and become world class players. Our team focuses on being receptive to feedback but confident enough to know their class to the best of its ability. Many of our achievements stem from times where we have been relatively casual as a Free Company but still managed to compete at the top level on the server. Now, we're going to be solidifying our spot in the world rankings by adding time to the mix for our primary groups while other groups still can enjoy very capable, competent players who can farm the latest content and clear it early but don't have to sacrifice their livelihoods for it.

We have confidence in being server first one the groups become fully established.

What we require of you

Our raiders are required to use VOIP with a steady internet and usable microphone and enter every raid night with the attitude of it being a clear night. When the going gets rough, we require the use of crafted gear and rotational perfection to push for top-tier DPS (that includes tanks and healers) while also doing what it takes to meet HP requirements for new content. We also require that you play outside of raid time, helping the FC with materials, sales, and other activities.

Main group applicants will be expected to take time off for new raid content and have an alt character leveled and coil ready within a reasonable amount of time.

Currently recruiting for our main group (T13 Farm | World Progression | Mon-Thurs @ 7:30PM CST): Tank, Melee DPS

(The above spots have been filled but we are still taking exceptional applicants from individuals who believe they have what it takes.)

Noteworthy achievements include:

• Server 1st for Alex Normal
• Server 3rd A1S
• Server 3rd A2S
• 2nd FC to clear T9 on Leviathan (3rd overall)
• 3rd FC to clear T13 on Leviathan

Bear in mind these 2.0-2.5 achievements were acquired with low raid hours and impeccable time invested versus progress ratio. We are confident in our ability to be the best with a lucrative and hardcore approach with our progression groups.

Hello , i am considering a server transfer in search of a t13 > 3.0 FCOB static, I am Currently MNK main, i129, Bis Less my t12 Ears, (using penta meld ears to fill) , My Current best is Maintaining 600+ dps in P1-2 in t12, 550+ in t10-11 (overall) , though i strive to do more. i have little experience in t13 past p1, but have the drive to down t13 before it is nerfed and means nothing. I am just wondering if your FC would have a place for me , or your if your server would in general. i do have t10-12 on farm.

We don't currently have a static position open for someone learning unfortunately, but we'd be willing to take you as a social, weave you in our farm groups, and see if things work out from there.

Haha, you're right. I actually went ahead and clarified since in ARR we had super limited raid hours compared to our current schedules. :P
