same message for 20 minutes now

close the game and make some coffee. The data centers are still not working as intended reason you're getting the error message for 20+ minutes. Give it another half hour before trying again lol

The reason its putting you in the one person que is because your character from the time of the disconnect is still online. I know you are not at this time but your character is. It will not let you log in because of this.

I haven't been logged on in over 24 hours and it's still giving me the 1-person queue as well.

I am also having this issue and I restarted my client several times!

Having the same problem and I've been logged out for about 7 hours.

Yeah same thing, trying for Balmung and it keeps refreshing every few seconds to say 1 person in queue. Can't log in. :(

Edit: Tried with another character on another server, same problem

I am having the same issue, not played in over 12 hours before trying to get on this morning with the 1 queue notice.

Same here. Haven't been on since yesterday and before all the apparent server issues started happening, now I'm stuck in a one-person queue that never ends.

Decided I was going to play a few hours after just getting off of work. So much for that. -.-

Got the same issue on Midgardsormr. Oh well, guess I can finally catch up on my backlog of steam games.

Luna's got the right of it, I think: I'm still having this issue trying to log onto Balmung as well as of 12:48pm GMT - the good(ish) news is that it appears it's just a REALLY long queue instead of a lockout, but it is still absurd.

Login screen will show the "Players in queue: 1" message but, after leaving the game to run and attempt logins, I was allowed in after 20+ minutes.
However, after logging out and needing to switch to an alt, it took over 30 minutes to log in once more, all while showing the "Players in queue: 1" message.

Safe to say that the data center issues are still abounding - would be great if you'd update the News on the front page to reflect!

Just switch your data center to JP and switch back it seems to fix the problem

Same thing is happening to me :( last night I tried getting on and got error 2002 and now I cannot log in once again! Geez! But seems like i'm not the only one who cannot log into Midgardsormr that's good to hear I guess.

Tried the DC change and it worked for me. Has anyone had any logout or log back on issues since trying this? Trying to prepare myself any issues. :)

Ya seems like if you log out and get the 2002 error you have to do it again.

Oh I can now log in now! I waited for an hour and logged in and out! That worked for me!

Yeah, I saw the login difficulties flagged as resolved on the announcements on lodestone so thought I better come post. This is still a problem. Can't log in at all.

When you first log in you are brought to a screen that gives you several options such as Start, Watch Cinematic, Data Center, etc. Click on Data Center and choose a different Data Center. Now click Start. Now click the X in the bottom left. Then click Data Center again and choose your original Data Center. Then click Start. This allowed me to log in.

Logging into another Data Center and logging back into Primal worked.

Went and did the work around solution- but posting to add that I am experiencing this issue as well.

I have tried the solution and it is not working for me.

I was disconnected from the server about 30Mins ago, and am now having this problem. I'll give it some time, but it seems time doesn't seem to be the fix here! I'll put an update if anything changes!

Still having the same problem here.

I had to restart the game several times and finally got in as I was submitting a ticket.

Maybe try this?

Had this issue too, logging into Gilgamesh. Seems it's affecting people across platform, but I'll add that I play on PS4 for formality's sake. I restarted my launcher and was able to get in without a hitch. Curious little bug.

I am also stuck here can not see to get the work arounds to work :(
