Xen of Onslaught is actively recruiting for our Final Fantasy XIV Division! We are looking for active, community oriented players with an emphasis on alexander savage clear parties . We are first and foremost a >community< FC. The goal of the FC is to remain competitive. The FC is a family; we help each other, and foster a team environment. No one person is more important than the other. You will always have the support of our members, whether it be raiding or Triple Triad!
We believe skill is taught, not born, and that we can achieve anything as long as we work as a team. This is not only an FC mindset, but a XoO mindset as well. When you join XoO you are not just joining a Final Fantasy XIV Free Company, you are joining a broad and diverse gaming community that strives to be the best in every MMO we set our eyes on. We have over 11 years of server and world firsts that span countless MMO's. When you join us, you join a community where the best is always the standard. Where the community as a whole is family. We are always growing our list of supported MMOs where our members can grow, learn, and achieve greatness.

We are currently running through Alexander Savage with our Omega static, and building the FC up to have 1-2 more static raid groups. Endgame is fun, but new content is better!

Applicants will have to go through an interview with the Free Company leaders and sign up on the guild's website and apply to the Division.
