8/10, it looks like you're going for a school girl look (correct me if I'm wrong!) I haven't seen that look made like this yet, so it's nice to see some creative ways to create the look, though I think the coat's undershirt... Bib... whatever you call that foofy white part! It makes the look a little awkward, otherwise really nice!
