Can someone clear up how much Light is gained for Novus?

I'm seeing one site that says that everything is double of what another site is saying, so Bright is 4 on one and 8 on the other, and I'm leaning toward the 8 being correct since my light gains seem high for how little actual grinding I'm doing, would just like someone to clear this up.

4 was before the patch 8 is now practicaly it got doubled with the patch

Double the values on that reddit (as those values were pre-patch).

I did the entire phase after the patch, keeping a count using the doubled numbers for every activity. The zodiac glass confirms the doubled light for all activities, and my weapon was completed when expected.

So with WoD does that mean the base and bonus would be Newborn Star, or did they keep in line with ST's numbers? I'm currently 6 Alex away from this phase.

WoD base is Blinding, same as ST.

Newborn Star used to be worth 16, now it's worth 32...
Blinding used to be 12, now it's 24...
etc.

Just to help clarify, ALL of the lights were doubled from their original values as of Patch 2.5.
The current light values are now as follows
Feeble: 2
Gentle: 4
Bright: 8
Brilliant: 12
Blinding: 24
Newborn Star: 32

You need 2000 lights in total to get your Nexus.
