I just finished last boss in Sastasha Hard Mode and went to zone out. The game gave me a 90k error. Now I get 10105 errors while trying to get back in.
I'm supposed to be landing onto Excaliber (Primal Data Center).
I get to character select screen, can choose my character (still says I'm in the instance) and then it goes to the zoning in screen then crashes to the 10105 error.
My characters name is Steb Starwin. Please help me senpai!
Same thing is happening to me on Hyperion. Left Hullbreaker and got the 90k boot and now keep getting the 10105 error when I try to log back in.
same im on lamia i think the primal server is down
Well, my wife can log in just fine, and there are plenty of people, it seems to be an issue transitioning between the instance servers and the primal data-center. The worst part? Last dungeon I need for my zodiac, and I'm pretty sure it's not going to give me the item, lol.
I'm having the same issue, just finished an Instance (lvl 41) and then hit the portal to exit to "find a connection with the server was lost msg." Error message 10105

aw sorry. damn that sucks i was in lota and didnt get no gear i hate it when i run a dungeon and not get at least 1 loot. now i cant play curse my luck
is someone working on fixing this or should we be alerting someone of this issue?
Same here. I'm on Hyperion, was in CT and clicked portal to exit and got the error upon loading back into Mor Dohna.
Also playing on PS4 if that matters, probably doesn't...
On PC here, it's good to make note of that, good call NexGen.
PC as well. My connection before error is excellent, my connection after error is poor. About every other try shows up with the error and then the server is full, players in que message.

Character screen also says that my location is still "Labyrinth of the Ancients". I suppose upon exiting the raid at the end it crashed instead of actually exiting and we're stuck in the raid.
Same here on Hyperion server.
The same exact issue happened to me upon leaving Sastasha(Hard).
I tried to log-in with another character and its fine. A few friends were doing dungeons at the same time that happened to me, only one of them got this issue and the rest were fine.
It shows in the FC/LS that my character is still online and it's in the dungeon.
I tried to restart my connection, restart the client, wait for 30+ min maybe my character would disconnect from the game but it's still stuck in there.
Please SE help us! :(
Yes! Did the same error checking and resolving steps as Samuraio, logging in another server is not a problem. It seems all our characters are stuck in the instance whence we came forth, all we can do now is wait on SE to respond and hopefully take notice soon.

its been like this for me and her for over an hour now :( why no fix?
SE fix this. I have raid in 1 hour.
My character has been stuck in Keeper of the Lake for 5 hours now.
My character got stuck in striking tree, anyone have a fix? i can log into other characters, just not that one.
on live chat with someone and they are telling me its my net, which I know its not, when i can connect with other toons
Yeh :( its been a bit over 4 hours for me, decided to go and work on Truck... sad day when I can't lvl my whm!
Net issues? NA player here and have FIOS for my ISP, it utilizes Fiber Optics and is usually pretty fast especially with the new gateway router I purchased. Oh well I'll continue waiting or maybe chat with someone as well...

Yeah they keep telling me its my net, telling me my router is blocking access to my toon, bs! Why can't they just go in and fix this, damn if I was playing world of warcraft this would have been fixed already, waiting this long and them telling me I am dumb would never have happened
Still can't log in to Hyperion. Actually I can't log on to any of the Primal worlds. I can, however, log on to Aether worlds just fine.
It's clearly just a data-center issue at this point with transitioning from instance servers to primal servers, we'll have to just wait for them to resolve it. I also contacted support, they collected information and sent in an escalation to the server techs. We'll just have to wait.
6 hours and counting and no response, no beuno SE, not a good look frandz.

The support guy literally just guaranteed me that within 24 hours the servers would reset and remove any inactive characters from instances and duties so you can log in to them again. He said "hopefully it wont take that long, but yes". Hope to get off work tomorrow and be able to play again, they said I would be able to within 24 hours. So its probably the same for you guys too.
I also contacted the support center, twice, since first one just said its a problem with my ISP/port forwarding and closed the chat immediately, I didn't even say a single sentence. :mad:
However, the second one was much better -- At least he listened to what I wanted to say. He said "If you were disconnected mid-game and the character is stuck in an instance, it may take up to 24-hours for the servers to refresh and log-off any inactive characters." and "Unfortunately, the servers/data centers run through an automated system that refreshes periodically."
So even if they didn't do an emergency maintenance, probably will be refreshed by it self tomorrow.
Kinda disappointed giving that a lot of people having this issue for a few hours now and they didn't even announce anything about it. :(
