What does your server PF look like at peak times?

I always wonder what does other PF from other servers look like at peak times. At the moment in Ultros on a Saturday night est there's a lot of hunts , SCOB , Pony farms and people looking for statics. Hardly any FCOB .

What does yours look like?

Luckily, on Leviathan, there's a healthy amount of most content. I see PFs for primal farming (loot or ponies), FCOB, SCOB, hunts, dungeons, World of Darkness, spiritbonding parties, crafters advertising their services, even FC's recruiting new members.

Too many people selling runs clears at any time of the day mostly pony farming now though.

Some hunt or FATE parties, mostly Coil runs or Extremes followed by: KNOW THE FIGHT OR YOU WILL BE KICKED BE ABLE TO SHOW PROOF!!!!, the occasional poor low level guy trying to together a party for a low level dungeon run.

So much ERP, omg...

Healthy mix of trial groups. Plenty of "Clear" groups with high ilvl requirements that fail horribly on basic mechanics.

Whenever I check PF I am completely shocked that an actual dungeon is being ran. Usually hunts, SB, ERP, selling runs, and plenty of various advertisements...

On superbowl Sunday I saw 31. Most for ex primal final coil and t9

Wouldn't know why, but Frenchies seem to have gotten stuck with the stereotype of being bad and rude. Dunno why, I've seen plenty of rude and bad players of every language box. :p

As for the topic, usually a mix of crafters advertising, FCs recruiting, people selling boosts, pony farming, the occasional FATE group for Coerthas and oddly enough, a big lottery for a potential winning of 44 million Gil. Life sure is interesting, eh?

Pony farms, spiritbonding, DD/AV first room, T1-T9 clear selling, FCoB learning/clears, FCoB statics recruiting, single players seeking FCoB statics, 4 star crafters selling, FATE parties, FC recruiting. Right now there's 13 parties.

Like 6-10 PF max at peak times.
Generally only around 2-4 at any given time. Sometimes none.

Most of the time there's always one fate party in PF.
Only other things I ever see are ex primal farms/clear parties.

Rarely a SCOB group will show up, practically never see any FCOB groups.

Probably just want to be able actually fight it, if its DF its over in a blink of an eye.

I've been checking the PF every now and then for the past week or so. At peak times it's usually 80% FCoB, 1 temporary party that found a S/A rank mob, 1 or 2 recruit listings, and 1 or 2 practice/farming listing for older content.

Still goes down pretty quick, though. Level sync still leaves a lot of head room for stats.
That said, my favourite Ifrit normal run was a premade where I played tank, healer, and DPS all at the same time with SMN.

Mix of everything, even LS invitation. I remember highest number of parties available was... maaaybe 10

Maybe not a blink, but was over very quickly. Ended up doing it during a roulette. I even made a thread about it titled "we waited 15 minutes for this". Thats what one guy had said as he was leveling and wanted a dungeon run.

Coeurl looks kind of sad. It's gotten better with the patch, and had EX primal farms, sometimes an Odin party, hunts, occasionally some CT raid, people looking for statics or trying to fill in for one, and like one person selling craft stuff, but really only ever that one person. But it usually only goes up to about 8 to 10. I think once I saw it at 14 like a week before 2.5.

On Cerberus mostly is Hunts, Fate Farming, Light Farming and Pony Farming :) - that's lately when I check it.

Sometimes I see t9 learning parties, but the couple I joined were a mess. I don't think they fill up easily.

The problem is a lot of people take "learning party" to mean "zero preparation and don't have a clue about the fight is OK". (And for, say, story mode content, it is OK, but things like T9... yeah.)

I'm in Jenova, at peak time theres usually only about 5 things up in party finder, usually hunt parties, fate parties, maybe a shiva ex or ramuh ex, sometimes pony farming. Never any coil. Ever. No one does coil in Jenova. Sometimes theres a t4 farming party up, once in a blue moon theres a t5 learning party that no one ever joins. Nothing beyond that. It's sad.

IIRC, Jenova is closed to incoming server transfers, right? If Squeenix opened it up that would probably help... but if you're without things to do, I'd suggest moving off it--even if it's closed, you can still transfer away from the server.

Yeah I've been considering it. I did T1-8 in DF and I'm going to need a pre-formed group to do T9 and beyond with and I really don't see that happening in Jenova.

So far in Jenova, I have seen 1 piece of Dreadwyrm gear. 1.

My suggestion is, if you are really looking to get into T9 and beyond, you need to leave that server. I was on a server that sounds very much like yours (never any Coil parties, it was all hunts and dungeons, if there were every any PFs at all) and left for a busier server. Best thing I ever did.

I pretend PF doesnt exist on Mateus b/c it's a reminder of how sad Mateus is ;_;
