Unaspected Crystals?

Been looking for Unaspected Crystals in Mordhona, found zero so far. Gath. 421, Perc. 420, and checking all nodes, node 8 is just empty every time. What's going on?

Has anyone else had luck with them?

It spawns from the Hidden nodes in Mor Dhona where you get your clusters.
If it appears, it will be in the last slot, and you can gather multiple and use King Bounty on it.

Found that info online not sure on what time it spawn i guess you can google search and see if someone found it.

Not sure for Botanist, but for Miner it's 1 pm, 5 pm, and 9 pm.

Botanist are 1/5/9am

If its anything like the rosemary node you will need 450 gathering to even attempt to get it and you will use up 2-3 swings just to get it to appear by the looks of things

ive checked the 8th unspoiled nodes in mordhona at all hours listed. Nothing. is there a quest or does it require the lucis to get?

Unaspected Crystals are 1-star items, they are just likely to be rare spawns similar to Maps and Grade 1/2 Soils.

They're hidden - as in rare. Think of them like topsoils and seeds from the early gathering. They sometimes show up and sometimes don't. It's RNG.

I've gone to about 6-9 nodes and gotten it 3 times.

yeah, so if we only get like 3 shots a day to get basically, a grade 2 rare top soil of unaspected crystally-ness, does that mean it is being gathered mostly by bots? I'm just wondering how RNG sick it is, like 1 in 3 nodes or more like 1 in 100? thats a lot of (opportunity cost) clusters to lose if its 1 in 100.

Unaspected crystal is 1 star whereas rosemary is 3 stars.

From my personal experience, I'd say you'll find the Unaspected Crystal at 1 out of 10 nodes you try.
So it should have like 10% chance of appearing. When they do appear, make sure you get 15 of them

Hey tbh i dont know which use these crystals have. U may pass Information pls :)

I didn't see any for about 3 hours straight (around 15 tries), then got 3 in a row. I didn't check the weather, but it wouldn't surprise me if it was weather specific.

Grade 1 Wheels for the House

So essentially we need to waste GP on Toil of the Mountaineer just for the chance at seeing this? No Thanks! I'll keep gathing 15 Clusters a node and just buy these Unaspected crystalls on the MB (currently 2k each).

Unless your trying to lvl ALC to d100 i cant see the point of crafting these wheels. They only reward Grade 1 FC Actions (Tier 1) and they take 3 days to complete which must be done individually. The only one worth crafting imo is the Wheel of Nutriment (5min bonus food duration). Unless your FC is out of seals or is below Rank 8, i cant see the point of these. Once they introduce Grade 2 wheels they will become more useful.

You don't need to toil to see them. Swing at slot 8, if it's there it's there. If it's not there, swing at your other slot, use a ward, and still get 12 clusters.
