If I was told a magic fairy appeared during ground hogs day when you can see your shadow and it granted me 3 wishes, if I waited there and it didn't pop out until march and my shadow appeared then, I ain't going to complain about it, I was stupid enough to wait that long but hell I for 3 wishes for it.

Same for this patch, its your fault you chose to sit and wait for it on that date.

The moral of my story was basically.

Don't expect things at the dates they are said especially from SE, I remember FFXI always saying we would get things and we didn't get them at all and some things we were lucky to get at a later date.
